Review 1：Ceiling leaked a bit (fortunately not over the bed). Shower head didn't flow evenly. A microwave would have been a nice addition.

Review 13：The air vent into the room was very dirty. It looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I rubbed my hand over it and got black soot all over my hand, which was hard to was h off. Clearly management is not paying attention. The one reason I liked staying here in the past was the great bar and restaurant. Its been closed for over a year with a sign that says opening soon.

Review 14：Not much...I've stayed her many times before and it keeps getting worse instead of better

Review 15：The breakfast room is way too small for the amount of tourists (multiple touring buses full of tourists)they book into this hotel. Also, the amenities inside the rooms were less than they had been in the past: fewer towels, face clothes, coffee accessories, glasses. In fact, only plastic glasses were offered where we had grown accustomed to glass and ceramic. The bathroom shower did not work and required maintenance to repair. Our question was? "Why didn't house cleaning report this as broken, since surely they must use the shower head when cleaning the bathroom?!!" Overall, there is a lack of attention to details. The hotel rooms are larger than many others but the facility needs upgrades.

Review 23：end of breakfast and they literally take away coffee, eggs and everything else, so get up in time! if the pub would have been open, it would have been even nicer. and if the staff at the outdoor bar would have been willing to serve longer then 10pm we would have enjoyed our evening there even more.

Review 29：We arrived after 5 and not aware there was no elevator. Being handicapped we were unable to climb the stairs. After checking with manager we were given another room on a lower level that was part of an update/remodel, but more than comfortable and accommodating.

Bathroom had mold in bathtub.Should not be the three star hotel on some other websites. At best, atwo star hotel.

Review 37：The Piccadilly Inn staff were genuinely friendly. The rooms are spacious. The pool area and other common facilities were clean and well-kept. The daily breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods and fresh fruit.

For whatever reason the manager wanted to charge us for both the room and the damages and my card would not go through. I asked repeatedly why I could not pay the room in cash and was never answered.

Review 59：The lady that checked us in was terrific, as was the maintenance man, and the maid. They were all disappointed that the manager could not have helped us to stay 1 more night, we had the money but she was not specific about anything.

Review 66：We requested a pack n play when we booked the room. It took staff 3 hours to bring a pack n play to our room. We finally got it at 10:30 pm! Only had one staff member on the property from 7till 10 pm and she couldn't leave the desk.

Review 67：We arrived and fifteen minutes later housekeeping is breaking in our room saying someone complained about something. We were deciding wether we were going to stay or leave because of how dirty and stinky the room was. After this we went to the event we had previously planned. When we returned there was security everywhere and we decided to drive home cause we didn't feel safe and the room whole place was rundown. Do not stay there we were also charged an extra 150.00 and we didn't even stay.

Review 69：I stayed in a 2 queen bed room the bed were comfortable and I love the bath tub for my little ones. They had free wifi which is always a plus and I love that they are located by stores and restaurant that you don't even have to drive far.

The pool was considerably smaller than the picture, whichwould be fine, if there was somebody overlooking, since two familiestook up all the chairs while in the pool, so there was literally no wayyou can get in. The bar is closed on Sundays, part of the weekend...wedid not really get that. The clerk at check-in told us Breakfast till 10am, we went at 9:40 and were told it was done at 9:30am. We were alsonot given any Wifi password even though there were three types ofPiccadilly wifi names showing. We were left One coffee cup for Two guestin our room so we had to share the cup in the morning. We would not berecommending this hotel at all.
