Review 1：Just watch out for the odd shaped, sloped bathtubs. If you're not careful while stepping in for a bath or shower, you could easily fall and get badly hurt.
Review 2：Nostalgia value: I have stayed here numerous times, so it is like a tradition, still retaining some Soviet-style hotel attributes. Extremely reasonably priced, and restaurant and bar are definitely assets.

Review 7：We had big misunderstanding with reserved rooms, we rezervet lux, but instead got extra small Standard Single Room wich for 2 people and 4 small dogs was too small! In the room was so hot that there was impossible to sleep and normally breathe. in bathroom was not normal cold water it was warm all the time which is not compatible with the heat in room Service staff was very unfriendly, they was angry for misunderstanding with rooms, but we were not blame for this. Price is not adequate to offer Breakfast was for extra charge 7 Eur- but there was nothing to eat, when we asked for bread answered that it has ended! very very poor breakfast for price

Review 16：Staff was very friendly and helpful! We had troubles getting a ride home to Saint Petersburg, but ladies at the reseption kindly helped us to find a way to get there.
Review 17：The bathtub was short with very high sides that required a person to climb into and the floor of the tub had two levels. I consider it to be a somewhat dangerous because it would be easy to slip and fall because of a misstep. I was very careful whil getting into and out of the tub ad standing in it while taking a shower.
Review 18：The breakfast available for 190 rubles additional was very good, offering a wide variety of tasty and healthy options. I was glad to have paid a small amount extra for it. On the first floor is a conveniently located and well-stocked shop selling drinks and snacks. I wide variety of good bottled beers was available there.

Review 33：Soviet style hotel, which looks rather nice from the outside, but (surpisingly!) kept the soviet flair of 30 years ago on the inside. The room was renovated a couple of years ago, but no signs of taste or design, the furniture looked rather dated. Old fridge that took 1/3 of the room looked odd and useless to me. Corridors design & interrior looked untouched for the last 20 years. The hotel still keeps attendants on each of the floors - another wierd reminder of the soviet past. Breakfast could be better. I would rate this hotel at 2*+, not 3*
Review 34：Centrally located - jutts a couple of blicks from Kreml & city center. Hotel looks nice from the outside. If you intend to visit Pechory or Izborsk- it is convenient, since this hotel is located on the drive which goes in the right direction. One of the city's famous night clubs is located just across the street.
