Review 2：Best customer service with a smiling face. Called me on my cell number to let us know that we can check in early and also called to let us know that my son forget his iphone after we checked out. Best location close to the Mount Shasta Ski Resort, Downtown and had a pleasant stay with my family.
Review 3：Small room. No heating in bathroom ( had to leave door always open ). Loud noisy heater fan. No complimentary water/coffee.

Review 5：Hostess gave us keys to check out the available rooms (didn't just assign us one). Hostess called to find out how late a restaurant was open (without our asking), then gave us coupons! Wow!
Review 6：It was very clean and quiet. Good value for the area. The bedroom was quite small but certainly adequate for one person. The bathroom was good sized and the shower very good. Would have been nice to have a microwave.
