Review 1：Bugs in room (cockroaches, deads flies, etc. Semi fresh blood spatter on pillow when we arrived. Very sketchy unsafe feeling.

Review 5：1. Other than the 2 staff I mentioned, I had too very bad experiences with two other employees who didn't care the tiniest about the travelers. 2. The breakfast hours were during a tropical storm, I called in to ask if they were planning to extend tge breakfast for an hour or so due to the exceptional circumstances, the answer was "No we are not". Yhe staff was actually expecting people to walk through a horrible rain to reach the breakfast area! 3. The pillows were actually half pillows! I don't know how to describe the discomfort otherwise. 4. The WiFi wasn't working in my room because I was at the far end of the hotel 5. I was hungry and wanted to risk walking under the rain to go to have my breakfast. When I got out of my room I realized it was insane to do that but couldn't get back into the room because my keys were no longer working. I saw at least 3 other guests struggling with their keys during my stay

Review 6：Suzy at the reception was more than amazing and went put of her way to accommodate my needs. Anthony from room service was also very helpful and helped me get into my room when my keys didn't work and I was stuck out in a tropical storm.

Review 7：The room appearance was very poor, I had the impression it was occupied by another Guest. The beds were poorly made and had a few maintenance issue that could it have been fix before our arrival. Very bad presentation overall. Couldn't sleep until after 1:30am due to very noisy neighbors hanging out in the parking lot.

Review 9：There was a Florida Wolf Spider inside my room, a tarantula that can cause pain if bitten. It got thru an edge of the door that was missing protection. Area has a bad criminal like aspect. I am a law enforcement officer and the area around it seems like a ghetto.

Review 11：The hotel is in a rough neighbourhood and many of the people looked wandering the property were very tough looking. Lots of late night noise and partying all about. Not for the faint of heart traveller.

Review 12：It was cheap and well located in terms of access to the freeway and fast food. Room was Ok. Price was rock bottom and check in staff and cleaning staff were nice. Breakfast was basic but very nice and in a large area.

Review 16：The phone in the room was out of order during our entire stay. The bathtub was very slippery. There was no "safety" bar. Using a bath mat inside the tub helped. Housekeeping was inconsistent with the amount of towels and wash cloths given from day to day. The bed was not comfortable. The elevator was dirty and out of order on our last day. We had to carry all our luggage down the stairs at check-out.

Review 20：Room was filthy! Staff was rude. I had 2 children and ask for extra blanket they acted as if it came out of their pocket. Luckily we only stayed one night because the tub was horrifying. Everything looked dirty.The ancient TV didn't even work!

Review 31：The room smelled like a old musty locker room, there was black mold that had been painted over. The ceiling was cracked and falling in the bathroom. Beds were completely uncomfortable. TV was from I believe 1990 and about to loose it's picture. Tile floors and bathroom walls and all the grout was stained or moldy looking. Room phone didn't work (couldn't even call the front desk). Not to mention booking.com stated we could pay cash but found out when we got there you couldn't cause they get robbed to often cause it is in the ghetto!!! Oh and the complimentary breakfast, yeah cereal or toast is your choice. I've stayed in 3rd world countries that were better. Also not sure how booking.com gave them a rating of 2.5 based off your answers either. I'd give it a ZERO!!!

Review 33：Had to stay in a room with a broken faucet for four days. My TV died right when I checked in and they brought me another TV which worked but was "staticky" OK place to stay for a week but I wouldn't stay any longer. If I paid more money, I'd be miserable. Very unfriendly and unresponsive staff. One day housekeeping didn't even clean my room.

There was a fist fight right out side our room where one of the participants slammed into the window of our room! That same night,someone was smoking Marijuana in the parking lot. The following day, after coming back from my class, there was 3 police cars in the parking lot. The area is horrible. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. Won't be going there again!

Review 53：They didnt keep what they promise, I had to pay with my crdit card because they dont acept money. They dont have room service. The Manager is rude. The room is humid and has humidity stains, and that bothers my asma.

Review 70：The first room smelled like mold so we have to fight for a different room and the other room had a dirty napkin on the bed and the toilet didn't flush.

Review 71：The room smelled horrible and the TV didn't work until maintenance came the cable was missing. They also charged an additional 50.00 for incidentals that they said would be refunded back to the card, at this point they not only charged my card the original agreed amount plus 50.00 but also the original amount again. Being the weekend, I'll wait to see that the extra 98 and change is refunded, but most people on a budget don't have an extra hundred dollars to just be out in limbo.

Review 72：The clerk that checked us in was very nice and printed a map to the hospital for us. It was just off the freeway so good location.

Review 73：Hotel was kinda scary and under construction. They try to put you in the back of the hotel not to safe looking back there at all. My husband didn't even want to be back there.

Review 74：The motel demands a $50 deposit from your credit card for "incidentals" and claims that it will be put back on your card when you check out. Believe me it isn't and it can take as long as ten days and numerous phone calls to get the $50 put back on your card.

There has to be not only mild but Black Mold!!!! Why didn't we leave right away both kids were asleep and moving all our stuff back out would not have been easy. The next day the housekeeper walked into our room and almost fell over! She was appalled at the smell and she herself said she would never have slept in that room!

Review 101：We asked for an upper floor when we got there they said there was no record of our request. Then on top of the room charge there is a $50 deposit that is not mentioned when you book the room. When I questioned about the deposit I was told that was the owners policy. The bed had a spring popping out of the matress. Then I leave my room and when I returned neither my door key and my friends would open the door. I had to go get it re programmed. The room smelled moldy and the microwave did not work. And to top it off when my door key wouldnt work I didnt even get an apology. They said I had it next to my credit cards and thats what deactivated it. But in reality my card was in the sleeve they provided and was kept in my glove box. Upon checkout I was never ased how my stay was. That is very unprofessional. I will never stay at a days inn ever again. My opinion is to anyone who is thinking of staying there its worth the extra $20 to $30 a night to stay at another hotel. At least you will get your moneys worth.

Review 103：I had to ask three times for towels and the fourth time they didn't have any and gave me what guests put on the floor to dry their feet, that was what they have left. There were little roaches and not as clean as I was expecting it to be. The last night we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, what a difference? Lots of space, very clean and plenty of drawers and closet for our clothes/bags.

Review 105：1. The pictures in the site are overvalued and photoshopped to fantasy level2. The clerk at the frontdesk gives you attitude for no reason 3. They gave us two rooms, we intended to stay a whole week, the filthiest possible, having new ones available 4. The people renting in the surrounding rooms had horrible looks and appearance. Nothing good for a family trip with young children and girls. 5. The beds gave us the "itchy" treatment, a night of hell 6. The bathroom was decorated with some human feces and clogged 7. If you come to Busch Garden, try La Quinta, we moved after one horrible night, now we are happy.

Review 112：We arrived early and a bottom floor room was not available at that time, so we ended up with a handicap room. We didn't like the handicap room. I don't think we will make reservations again at this motel.

Review 116：The location was schechy. The hotel seems like it has weekly guests who made it uncomfortable. The building was old. The room smelled musty and is very old in design, still had a tube tv. Wifi never worked.

Review 118：I first arrived they gave me room which there was a cleaning cart inside. They even didn't know that the room was clean or not. The place is old and not reliable. If you are traveling alone and especially if you are a girl, I strongly recommend that don't stay at this place! There many other hotels safer and cleaner in the same area!

Review 119：Found a live cockroach at the bathroom sink. Carpet needs a deep cleaning. Pool area needs shade areas (umbrellas). Not enough electrical outlets for electronic devices. WiFi was really poor, connects and disconnects at will which is a problem when running long downloads. Elevator had a visible notice of not passing inspection. Just one Elevator that has to be shared with Housekeeping during check out time. Breakfast is limited to boxed cereals, milk, coffee, orange and apple juice and white bread and butter.

Review 120：Good location as is very close on exit 52 from I-275. Neighborhood is not the best but it gets better west of I-275 for fast food restaurants, gas and food shopping. Stay away from US-41 which is east of I-275. The inclusion of microwave and mini fridge was great. Hot water plenty. Pool area is clean and pleasant. Plenty of available parking.

Review 121：We waited an hour and a half to be checked in to hour room even though it was pass check out time. The facilities weren't clean,and very beat up.
