Review 1：Very dirty and everything seemed very cheap and broken apart. They need to do a better job. People are paying to stay and expect a decent room.

Review 3：The overall uncooperative owner couldn't find our reservation and tried to charge us 5$ more for our spontaneous arrival. The motel seemed to be under construction which begins at 7am, no matter whether there are guests or not. We agreed a late check-out with the owner the night before we left but the next day he shouted at us we would be too late for check-out and he'd keep the 10$ key deposit therefore. We just left after this experience - very unfriendly, unorganized and loud motel! Be careful: If the owner doesn't want to talk to you, he just pretends he can't speak English. But he only pretends, he definitely can speak and understand English!

Review 5：Lousy neighborhood, with shady characters in and near the motel. Followed to my room by guy offering drugs and a night with one or more of his 9 "sisters". Offered drugs again in the morning by different guy. Fortunately one of the room chairs wedged perfectly under the front doorknob for added security.

Review 12：Comfortable room/bed. Not a cookie-cutter motel. Nice charm. Landscaping/grounds were well-maintained.
Review 13：the dusty nasty and stank smelling room...and the mouse that ran out from under one of the bed.. I was told this was the only room available..i paid $66.00 and was refunded only half ($33.00) it was a horrible and i didn't rest there at the Slums...
