Review 1：The location was great. The front desk agent was really nice. Our room was warm and cozy. We didn't have to worry about being cold, that's for sure. The area outside the rooms is pretty nice, as well. They have chairs and a table in front so you can relax outside, as well. It even has a mini river flowing through. Nice little touch. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. Great food. It was a very pleasant stay here.

Review 2：we had kids above and next to us. next time we will ask to be put away from people with kids, they sounded as if jumping from the beds, crying, and yelling.

Review 16：A week before traveling, I called with a quick question. I was placed on hold and never checked on. Finally hung up after 8 minutes 27 seconds. Felt a little outdated. Oh, the cable tv was ridiculous. Felt like a flashback from at least 10 years ago.

Review 17：Location is great. View of the mountain is pretty good. Would be awesome if the trees were trimmed down and not blocking so much. The breakfast was outstanding; the best ever in a similar type of hotel.

Review 18：The housekeeper took the partially used soaps which seems like a waste, and didn't leave replacements so we had no soap the second night. They also took the towels and replaced them with fresh even tho we left none on the floor, they were all hanging up. ?????

Review 20：Guest outside and below my room where talking until 11 pm, I had a full day and was very tired. I had to make 2 calls to front desk before they stopped. The extra tax money added to my bill, after discussion it was taken off. I did not like location of my room.
