Review 1：Didn't like that staff couldn't hold our luggage for 15 mins so we could go get something to eat before we left for our flight, bed and pillows were too hard, that they don't have a airport shuttle

Review 3：Your rooms need to be updated. You have an antiquated heating system, toilet handle very loose, sink stopper not adjusted properly and exhaust fan ran all the time while in the bathtub/toilet area, and draft under door.

Review 4：Not a bad experience, but it was odd that there was no shuttle to the airport. We had to pay for a cab which was $15, which makes the room less of the value it first appears.

Review 5：Good basic room for one night. There was a lot of confusion on if we could leave the car while we were south. The woman at the desk said it was fine, which is why this comment was here. (But we also had some small worries that the car would not be there when we got back!)

Review 6：The pillows are horrendous. I know, it does not seem like much, but after flying ALL DAY all I wanted was a good night's sleep and I ended up with a sore neck from the pillows which were hard as rocks. I usually stay in three star hotels, so I guess that is the difference between a two star and a three star - better toiletries and softer pillows.

Review 7：The staff were friendly and efficient checking me in.The room was obviously recently updated because the design was very modern and comfortable. Very clean room. The facility described itself as a "hotel", so I was surprised to see that the doors opened out to a walkway as opposed to inside the building into a hallway. I was a bit nervous about this because I travel alone and I usually don't say in places like this, which I would consider a "motel" not a hotel. But it was late and I had already given my credit card information on the last-minute booking. I was able to sleep well and felt secure with the door locks and there was nothing about the environment that made me feel unsafe.

The front desk lady have saved my trip for providing me a complimentary toothbrush because my wife forgot to packed mine. I have been to other hotels and run into the same dilemma only to be told to go to the nearest drug store. This to me is worth the money I paid for staying at this motel.

Review 21：however me and my wife are picky on cleanness. this place was fairly clean and comfortable (surrey it is not Sheraton clean and comfortable). the area was beautiful, good WiFi, TV and air-conditioning. there is easy access to highway and short drive to Walden Galleria mall. surely I recommend it to anybody who wanna stay in Buffalo for ...the price was really fair.

Review 24：Guests next door we noisy at 4 am, but not the hotel's fault. The outdoor stairs to the second floor were wooden which made them slippery with the snow and ice. Hotel needs to put grip tape on the stairs and salt them regularly in cold snowy weather.

At the Holiday Inn the guys in the room next to ours listened to sports on TV til 1:30AM, and turned it on again at 5AM, and then left the TV on. So I really appreciated the quiet. There was a Bob Evans restaurant close by. First time in a long time that I was in a Bob Evans Restaurant, and I liked it very much.
