Review 3：The manager on site was impersonal, rude, and unprofessional throughout our stay. On New Years Eve, our bathtub became clogged. My partner was able to take a quick 2 minute shower, but the water had risen high within such a short period of time and was not draining, so I was unable to take a shower. When we checked in with the staff we were told maintenance had gone home for the evening and there were no other rooms available. Instead we we're offered a plunger. Asking your guest to plunge the hotels bathroom on New Years Eve is just wrong. The staff informed us she would write notes in the computer for the manager who would be in the office early the next morning. By 10am the next day we had yet to here from the manager, so we went down to the office for an update. To my surprise the notes about our shower were not written in the computer and the manager seemed less than concerned. She noted maintenance would come up at 11am. We left for the entire day (without showering) and upon our return we we're relieved to find our bathtub was working again. Here is the problem- first, while maintenance is needed on occasion, it appears clogged pipes are an issue at this Best Western location in general. At one point the staff mentions the offices bathroom gets clogged all the time and not only did our bathtub become severely clogged, but our bathroom sink drained very slowly as well. For anyone staying at this location, be aware your bathroom may need maintenance at one point. Second, offering your guest a plunger on NYE is just tacky. Since when did asking a paying guest to take care of the hotel's maintenance issues be okay? Third, there was no communication between staff about the maintenance issue, which placed the onus on the guest to follow up. Forth, my partner and I could not use our shower for at least 24 hours and not once did we receive an apology for the inconvenience or a follow up to see if our bathroom was working okay.

Review 17：I was celebrating my birthday and had reserved a jacuzzi tub room inprep for a long flight to the Dutch, Caribbean the next day. When Iarrived the lady told me she had just given my room away 30 minutesprior. I was bummed to say the least. I am done with this hotel becauseof the customer service.

Review 20：The TV didn't work. This is the second time that I have been there that things don't work. Last time it was the air conditioner and TV. I had to ask for another room as it was not offered. This time the staff messes with the TV for 20 min while we were waiting. We again asked for another room. Nice rooms and staff. They just need to be more proactive.

Review 21：I am a non-smoker and was given a smoking room. When requested to change the room the hotel was already full. kept the air condition on because of the stuffiness, and smoke smell.

Then the room he gave us had trash in it, we complained again and all he said was, "It's just trash." I'm sorry but I doubt pay $170 a night for trash in my room already.

Called office twice hoping staff can help us, but we were told that she is alone in the office and can not go to knock on upstair room. So that night 3:00 am we have to go upstair to request room's customer to quiet down. Next morning we reported the instant to the office and Were told that previous night's staff put down on their office log she went to the room to quiet the customer. She not only lied but made me feel the hotel has no service and is not safe.
