Review 1：1. This property is located in unsafe/dangerous area. There are even bars placed on the windows. 2.The room smells bad, dirty fridge, low water pressure. 3. No ice available - No ice making machine.

Review 4：The location is good, an hour far from King's Canyon National Park. The room is quite good, well furnished, with a hairdryer too. The price was really good compared with the facilities, highly recommended if you're a road traveler and need a place where to sleep on the road trip for one/two nights.
Review 5：Door to room wasn't hung properly, so lots of gaping space to outside. Furnishings worn. Peeling paint. Slow drain in bathtub.

Review 7：everything else. normally i do not judge others harshly, but in this case i must. ac was noisy, dilapidated everthing inside the room, and to cap it all around 3 am, a couple came in next room, made noise and had a sex. could hear it all - prostitue and a john i wonder? lost sleep... i would pay lot more than staying in this place ever.

Review 9：Nice lil room it was .tolit wouldnt flush everything down had to fluchlike 3-4 times to get it down. The room had an order to it. Wifi wasterriable kept kicking us out...tv had no remote we wud turn it up thevolume and the channel wud change
Review 10：The mamger was very accomadating and nice. Surprisingly no roaches orany kind of bugs did we see the 2 days that we were there!!! Its closeto shopping freeways fast food. It was the best we've seen andstayed so far... An affordable price with running water and a warm bedto lay your head is always a win!!!
Review 11：The room smelled like stale smoke; surrounding area/neighborhood seemed run-down...Felt like I was in skid row or Compton. Last complaint...The room was really hot and the air conditioning was pointed right at the bed. It was an old and loud machine that blew and lifted the curtains up if left on. Be prepared to freeze in bed just by trying to cool the room down if traveling during the hot season. :(
