Review 1：Side door doesn't lock.Anyone can enter the hotel..pool is across the parking lot in another building..to cold to have the children swimming and going out in the cold to get back to the room

Review 2：Not bad, for what it was. We had two rooms. The bathrooms were clean, our "non-smoking" rooms didn't smell like smoke (nor any other foul smell), the heat and A/C worked well, the hot water was "HOT" and the beds were comfortable.

Review 40：When I can't sleep, I like to listen to distant AM radio stations. On our second night, there was some very loud interference. Funny but the other nights were good, with no interference. Maybe a guest had some machine hooked up.

Review 41：We did not get to use the pool, exercise room, etc., because we were so busy sightseeing! Check out Corning glass museum, Watkins Glen gorge park, Senica falls, etc., all are a short drive.

Review 42：I booked a room with non- smoking preferred and was given a smoking room. Front desk couldn't swap it out even with me arriving in advance of check in time. It smelled like a dirty ashtray.

Review 48：As a lone female traveler, I didn't feel safe at all. They give you a key card for your room and tell you that it also works to get in through a side door and a rear door. The side entrance door was broken and left ajar because it couldn't be closed, and the rear entrance door you could just open without your key card. This made me nervous and uncomfortable because anyone could walk in from the street. The side door has obviously been broken for a long time, why isn't it fixed? I was not impressed. If I hadn't been so tired from a long day of driving, I would have left.

Review 49：It was noisy with guests and slamming doors as well as truckers in back parking lot. The beds had very small pillows which you would keep waking up to adjust. WIFI was slow and difficult to maintain connected via wireless

Review 59：Our first room on the non-smoking floor was opposite an exit where people would light up before going outside. The smoke came into our room. We moved rooms at 11.30pm on the first night to the 2nd floor. Our remaining 3 nights were spent under a zoo! Fortunately, the heater was noisy, so it drowned out some of the noise from above and outside in the car park, where lorries would make deliveries at 3am! We did mention the neighbour noise to reception who offered another move, but we were fed up with having to do it again (we are not travelling light, as we are on an 8 week road trip, with clothes for 3 seasons). They did say they would mention it to the 'guests', as they were staying following an incident at their home.

Review 60：Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. Fitness facilities and swimming pool, though had to walk across a car park in all weathers to get to them. Convenient location for lots of food outlets.

Review 61：There was a lot of action most of the night in the parking lot and not the fault of the hotel there were noisy guest i the Hall at all hours. Some folks have little concern for others. Again-not the hotels' fault but a little policing of the halls might put lid on it.

Review 70：the only reason I picked this hotel as a halfway home, 1 night stay was due to the pool advertised on the web site, for my mother and son. When checking in and before check out, we were NOT able to used the pool or gym, due to it being closed. AND to boot, the pool and gym was not even part of the hotel, it was across the parking lot. Closing at 7pm is ridiculous, had I know, I would never had stayed at this hotel.

The breakfast was pleanty to get anyone started for the day; and they were never in a hurry to close it down at the designated time. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. There is a small lounge in the back of the 1st floor, opened evenings. And Friendly's is right next door. What more can you ask for.

Review 74：Outside in front of the hotel were lots of cigarette butts all over the ground. Need a few ashtrays or something so people don't toss them all over the place, especially, in front of the hotel. Also, would be nice to have a bench in the grassy area at the right of the hotel as you face the front door for people to sit outside. Prune the flowers.

Review 75：The front desk staff and the gentleman who handled the breakfast area were all very nice. The gentleman who worked in the breakfast area was very efficient, friendly, and did a great job of keeping up with the crowds and the mess that people usually create. Very nice man.

Review 76：The bathroom tile in the bath tub area had black mold in the grout that needed to be cleaned. It was able to be wiped off when we tried so they need to go thru each room and clean all the tile in the rooms. The only handicap room is across from the breakfast room which is extremely noisy all morning.
