Review 1：Poor quality. Room did not heat. heater was noisy. Bathroom had no heat. No wash clothes, no teabags.Coffee maker did not work. Paid extra for cable service but got nothing.

Review 3：The beds were lousy .The carpets were filthy.the breakfast isn't a breakfast if you consider cereal breakfast. One ice machine that works. Vehicle broke into.

Review 5：Undergoing renovation of parking lot (new slurry seal) and new tar roof. One or both were tracked on the carpet through our room. Filthy carpet, made us question everything else. Interiors old, in need of refresh.

Review 11：In my opinion it was a classic "bait and switch". I booked a room at certain price, when I was checking in the price was increased by $50. I was told it was some kind of deposit that would be refunded. I never received any paperwork or the deposit.

Review 14：I was first given a room that had not been cleaned. I'd booked aking room, but ended up with a queen bed. The bed was so hard Ididn't get a good nights sleep. There was no shower soap, and thefront desk clerk did not even know which channels hbo was on. Ever stayin a hotel without hbo? Stay away from this dump!

Review 18：After check in we found our key card reader on the door wasn't working and we couldn't get in. When we got switched to a new room, they weren't finished cleaning it yet (almost an hour after their 3 o'clock check in). When we got sent to a 3rd room that had already been "cleaned", there were still pieces of trash around the room and a missing TV remote. There was also a lovely man pushing his cart around the parking lot that wanted to greet us.
Review 19：Was cheap for the area and easy enough to get anywhere we needed to go.
Review 20：The shower handle was broken so we were unable to shower, it only sprayed scalding hot water. We paid for four people and they only gave us one towel and one wash cloth. When I called at 6am to request more I was told I would have to wait until 7:30. As it turns out it didn't matter because the shower was broken any way. They did offer to change our room at 6am. That did not work for us because we were in a hurry trying to get two kids to a soccer game. Also, room smelled like smoke and there were people hanging out on both sets of stairs smoking. Very uncomfortable to pass by with children to get to our room.

Review 28：During my stay I left important papers including concert tickets at the front desk while checking in. The front desk kept them and returned them to me when I realized I'd lost them. I so appreciated their honesty and would stay again if visiting the area.
Review 29：Our shower had no cold water, it was just purely hot water. At first we thought it took a while to get cooler but nope, the water just continued to get hotter to the point of scolding hot. No matter which way we turned the knob, the water was just hot. My daughter was cry. We called the front desk, nothing was done about it. So in order to finish the shower, we had ice in a chest and just slowly...very slowly used the ice bucket to pour cool water to finish the showers. That was very depressing. For the price that I paid, I was hoping for something better.

Review 32：Very poor quality furnishings and very poor general maintenance. Also the continental breakfast was totally sub-standard. Very overpriced for the accommodations--it is obvious they are using the Silicon Valley location to overcharge and not put any of the profits back into the property. Terrible bathrooms--cracked tile, mold dirty bathtub. Very dated and cheap lobby interior. Just doesn't feel like they understand the word Hospitality. Never wNt to stay here again.
Review 33：It was a lot for a run down motel. Because of the emergency situation we were there for, we didn't have a choice. It was all we could afford.

Review 35：The shower faucet was broken. When pulling up on the tub filler to direct water to shower head only hot came out. No cold to dampen the temp. Therefore it was almost unbearable, too hot. Also all night long every time the AC finished it's cycle it shock the wall so violently it sounded like someone was trying to break down the front door! Next time I will spend the extra to stay at a Holiday Inn Exp.

Review 37：aircondition/heating unit noisy and did not heat the room. we were freezing and it was 2am and too late to go out. they informed us in the morning we should have informed them. Well, that was our second room. We informed them the first room they issued us had a broken electronic door lock and they moved us to this room that had no heating. We can not take a chance and stay here ever again.

Review 41：I had very bad experience staying at this hotel and I will never come back. The staff at the front was very rude and unfriendly.. I booked four nights stay at booking com. When I arrived in Hotel, I asked the guy at the front to cancel my 4th night and he accepted my request. I confirm their cancellation policy is no charge if the cancellation is done more than "48 hours before the day I stay" I stayed three nights and go to front in the morning to check out. The female person at the front mentioned she can not accept my cancellation because it it their cancellation policy that the cancellation has to be made "before 48 hours before I arrive".. However, I already booked other hotel after I confirmed the cancellation can be made at check in.. I asked her accept my cancellation many times but she did not and charge 4 nights fee to my credit card.. I think this is not right and I will never come back to this hotel.

Found old food wrapper and container in desk lamp drawer in morning ewwwe! Friend checked in earlier and requested room be re cleaned with extra sheets! And glad we didn't go swimming for being summer time the pool was filthy!! Rating should b about 4-5 not a 7!

Review 107：1) Really bad wifi connection. 2) Daylight robbery in parking lot during our stay. 3) Birds swimming in pool. 4) Large dead rat in pool area. 5) Getting locked out of room numerous times because key did not work. 6) Skimpy breakfast and what they did have they'd often run out of. 7) They have a towel "check in and out" system. You can't just ask for fresh towels and swap out your dirty ones. They go wash the dirty ones and you get them back in the afternoon.

Review 114：I could have stayed at a nice Hilton or Starwood Hotel for what I paidfor this dump. $200 a night????? Really???? The grounds and exteriorwere so filthy and gross it gagged me. Big gobs of spit all over thestairs, disgusting low class people in their rooms with the doors openstaring at you when you walk to your room. We are two women alone soit was very disturbing. Night receptionists were pleasant enough, theday receptionist pretended we didn't exist. The hvac unit wasunplugged so I had to stand on the sink counter to plug it into thewall so we didn't freeze to death. The bathtub was so gross Iwaited to shower and wash my hair until we got to our next hotelbecause it was a Hilton and I knew it would be clean. Prices should beregulated. It's too bad that places like this will charge $200 fora room that should have been $59 or below just because everyone elsein town is sold out and they can.
Review 115：The grounds needed some cleanup, including the pool. The whole place seemed a bit drab. The bed was not comfortable, the bedding skimpy, and there was not much ventilation. The window was open when we arrived, but screen was torn. There were 3 of us, but only towels for 2.
