Review 1：This hotel needs to improve to warrant a 5 star rating. The pool area is poor, the Restaurant has a broken window and some of the fixings in the room are badly done. We were in a small suite and the sitting room area was a waste of space, triangular shaped room with 2 chairs, a settee and wardrobe nothing else.

Review 4：Staff was very friendly and tried to please. Hotel is new and clean but don't expect stylish or modern. Everything is new but looks to be dated by about 40 years. I was not part of a tour group but hotel seemed to handle large groups pretty well.

Review 5：the steam bath was out of order and the sauna not hot, desapointing as it was unusually cold outside!

Review 6：A new hotel with fantastic views from the top floor restaurant and rooms. Professional staff eager to help and please, especally Mr Fatih Kav at the reception. It was a great experience to celebrate the new year in the roof top restaurant!

Review 7：Everything. We arrived late in the evening to find a deserted hotel. Webooked a suite through booking.com but they tried to put us in asmoking double. Fortunately that was worked out after some walkingaround. The hotel restaurant was suppose to be open until 10 but whenwe went upstairs at around 9:40 we were met with complete darkness. Nowaiter, no staff, no lights or anything. We returned to our and decidedto order room service which was suppose to be available 24 hours. Butwhen my wife called at 10pm they told her that they only had soup! Iunderstand that it's offseason right now for tourism in Canakkalebut this hotel really seemed to be operating at it's bare minimum.We would not recommend this hotel if you are visiting Canakkale duringthe winter months.

Review 8：Not much.

Review 9：We stayed on a Saturday evening, there happened to be a wedding that night. The music was so loud!! And there was no insulation at all in the hotel. There is a staircase in the middle of the hotel and the noise travelled down from the 7th floor where the wedding was. I also can't understand why they needed the drums!!. Another problem is the insulation between the rooms, if someone is in the bathroom next to you or above you it seems as though they are in the room with you. We had 6 rooms booked and there on the night we stayed. Although obviously not fantastic, I don't think there is anywhere better....
