Review 1：The listing and the guest information book in the room advertised continental breakfast, but there was none. There was trash under the bed that we did not bring in. There was no one in the office or answering the phone when we needed help. We were allowed late check out, but were required to pay $10 cash. I'm pretty sure the owner pocketed that money off the books. The staff was unprofessional. The curtains were falling off the window and the bathroom window keeps the bathroom very cold.
Review 2：The location is very convenient for recreation at Mt. Shasta. The heater in the room worked very well.
Review 3：I have stayed here many times over three years. Each year, there has been a new owner. Things improved about two years ago, but now it seems to have been let go. Paint chipped off the bathroom door, an in-house telephone that didn't work, the blow dryer didn't work, the AC/heater unit was one of the noisiest I've ever heard, and the beds made noise as well. I found hair inside my sheets. The room was sooo small as well and there was no dresser to speak of, which would have been a problem had I stayed more than two nights. In the past, I had different rooms on the far end of the complex that had much more space. This was set up as a double queen room, but probably should have been a king. It felt that they were cramming in as many beds as possible into each room. Also, however spare their "breakfast may have been in the past", they no longer serve them.
Review 4：The owner and clerk turned out to be friendly, though they didn't appear to be at first. The bathroom is quite nice with a granite shower.

Review 12：Door to room stuck - very difficult to shut and open - had to slam, our neighboring rooms loved us! :(. No overhead light in the room making to difficult to read, etc. except by a lamp. Sliding aluminim bathroom window is shot - needs replacement. The bathroom plug outlet is connected to the light switch; hence, we could not install a night light in the bathroom without having the room light on... Duh! Our clean-x tissue dispenser was never refilled when empty. During a continuious stay our sheets were changed once every three days - Motel policy. Acceptable, just didn't no that was the policy - should be posted.

Review 34：Breakfast is Spartan, and packaged but definitely an improvement from the last owners. There is not much room for them to do much more given the small lobby. Place could use some updating, but that is in the works.

Review 39：Linoleum on the bathroom with burns and strips missing on corners, torn fabric on seat inside the room, poorly cleaned and ill-maintained. Owners are profit-oriented, without giving value and quality accomodations for the price they charge for an inn, $90/night. Inns at lesser prices have been better. Repairs are substandard.

It had two very cheapextension cords from the only outlet in the room to the tv. Everythingwas plugged into the one outlet. I had to plug in my computer and placeit on top of the mini fridge and microwave. Very dangerous rigging Iwould say. Also, the pool was out of order - half full of black water.

Review 70：The continental breakfast was granola bars and those vending machine danishes. They had a basket of fruit with a seriously rotten apple right on top. Don't count on the continental breakfast to save you the cost of eating out. We ate breakfast accross the street at Lily's.
