Review 1：The food in the restaurant is not great, but at least it is cheap as well.

Review 2：The pool is amazing as well as the view from the property on the surrounding mountains. The staff is helpful and friendly - when we inquired how to get to the historic park we ended up getting a free transfer there and back! They also happily arranged a transfer to and from the bus station for us.

Review 3：We had to ask for someone to serve us in the restaurant, room was not clean (i will spare the details) when we arrived, the "I don't care attitude of the staff".. you can see this once was a beautiful spot, but poor management and the neglect as set in...

Review 4：Ricefields are stunning, too bad none of the rooms actually look out to them. Temples are amazing, town is very touristique, but ok. Get a bike and cycle around the temples in the afternoon, amazing views.

Review 5：Black mold in showers, run down facilities, sliding door wouldn't lock, kids could t swim in the pool because the water was dirty and way to much chlorine making it not safe for them, terrible food, we had two rooms and one room we couldn't use the bathroom because the sewer smell was so horrible even when they tried to fix it! About 10 years ago this was a nice hotel but now it really needs repairs and updating. I chose it because the ratings so good and price terrific but I would have happily paid more to stay in a better place like Sukothai Lendgha down the street.

Review 8：Exceptional room and decor! Tranquil pleasant surroundings. Excellent restaurant food and bar exceptional. Wonderful pool! Did not get bitten by mosquito here! Very beautiful gardens and water features even the public toilets and decor were stunning! Free transfer to historical park also!

Review 9：Just a small thing. The restaurant was in the main hall, on our first night we were the only people in there. The next night they moved it to the bar which hugely improved the atmosphere.

Review 10：The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool and grounds were well maintained. Excellent place for the price paid and the free shuttle to the old city was very useful. Good breakfast also.

Review 11：A big spa like this without a receptionist over the night is unbelievable, we noticed about the late arrival when booking, but when we arrived there at 3am we suffered to get a room at 5 am, 2 hours later. The safety staff was there sleeping in a couch, they didn't speak one single english word, we tried to show the booking paper, they didn't know what was that. We tried google tanslator, to call some manager or emergency number, they only gesticulate that they couldn't wake up anybody. After 2 hours trying everything, even screaming for help, one driver sleeping in a van in the parking area appeared to help us and explained that we already had a booking. For my astonishment, 3 employees appeared, they were sleeping in a room just behind the reception! Hotel very bad managed for a big resort with a lot of employees, no reception or emergency phone at the night, bad cleaning outside the rooms. It was our worst experience traveling in Asia. Fortunately we were charged only the half price for this first night (nightmare).

Review 15：A lovely resort in sukhothai. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. The outdoor pool was lovely and open until 11pm. Would definitely stay again!

Review 16：The staff were excellent and very helpful. We needed to plan how we were travelling to Chang Mai and the staff took us to the bus stop for us to get out tickets. The food was excellent and we very much enjoyed our short stay.

Review 26：The location is not far from the Historical park, about 5 min drive. The hotel is very spacious with a nice pool, wide open spaces, back portion of hotel faces a padi field. Low rise double story villa style rooms with individual balconies. Very attentive & friendly staff.

In the booking.com photos of all rooms are shown with balcony. This is bit deceiving. The Internet needs to be improved.

Review 58：Being equidistant between the historical park and new new town makes it a perfect location. They provide a free shuttle to the site and charge a mere 150 bahts to the new town. The rooms were very pleasant, the staff were hugely helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were good. It has a very nice pool and good spa.We will go back to this hotel for Loy Kraton next November.
