Review 1：Wanted to call reception desk prior to our late night arrival, but nobody there spoke English. Also, their email address doesn't seem to be working.

Review 2：The room was clean and comfortable. Close to town and the train station. Breakfast was great!

Review 4：Hotel is located in town center. Very safe to walk around. Hotel room is quite big for triple room, clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The hotel front tried to help with everything we asked for. Good value for money.

Review 5：No parking. In the street you have to pay 2,5 lira/h from 9h - 19h. I asked the receptionist for help to communicate to the parking boy - but she was not prepared to help, as this is not hotel's parking - you are on your own. At least the parking boy was kind and was trying, so after long hand waving we managed to reach an agreement (how long we are going to stay and how much it costs) per writing on the paper. In the hotel nobody speaks English or German. The receptionist was scared to communicate with us and did not even want to try to communicate with hands / paper. Later, one of the staff members was found who spoke good French. Breakfast OK, but they were not able to refill the missing bread for 15 minutes. The hotel is on the one of the main streets in town, so the noise is bad (with windows open we couldn't communicate in normal voice level). The room has new windows, so they help with the noise, but anyway the sleep quality is bad.

Review 8：Great location, very nice staff (they speak Turkish and a little bit of English), clean room, lovely view from the restaurant where breakfast is served, traditional Turkish breakfast.

Review 9：Room was advertised with air conditioning, but was equipped only with a fan, and was very hot (it was end of July). We asked for a room with A/C, the staff was nice and tried to be helpful as much as possible despite they did not speak English, but could only arrange for a partial solution.

Review 10：Comfortable location close to the city centre and easy to reach by car from the airport. Rooms were clean. Free parking on the road during the night (you have to pay during the day, but it's relatively cheap anyway)

Review 18：The room was advertised on booking.com as having air conditioning and a balcony, but it had neither. We pointed that out to the reception, and she offered to move us to a different room, which also had niether of those things. Also, free parking "at a location nearby" was advertised--just beware that it is street parking, and is free only from 7PM to 9AM.

Review 19：Decent location, easy walk to the sights in the center of town. The family suite had two separate rooms, which we always appreciate for small kids.

Review 20：Great value for money, perfect location, very good traditionalbreakfast, nice view, helpfull staff, but obove all the hospitality ofgeneral manager Seniye who not only gave us all neaded informations, shealso printed them for us, even she wrote a note for hamam'sdirector. Thinking that Kayseri is not a touristic city but a commercialone (there are no english label nowhere) Seniye's behavior to acouple of tourists was excellent.

Review 21：Staff very friendly but not used to foreign travellers. Don't expect another language then Turkish. Dispite that we experienced they try all they can to communicate and offer good service with a smile.

Review 22：Nice breakfast, great views of snow covered vulcano (May) from the restaurant on the top floor. Helpfull staff took care of parking our rentalcar in free parking zone. Near city center and shops, about 15 min. drive from the airport.
