Review 21：The convenience of being located near everything at State College. My son was attending the wrestling camp,; which was located directly behind the Inn. I could easliy bring him, washed laundry, etc. The staff was also extremely friendly.

Review 26：I liked the size of the room and the tub in the bathroom. The general apprearance of the hotel from the outside to the lobbies to the actual hotel room was beautiful - very well-kept and sharp looking.

Review 27：We were unable to get them to credit the erroneous $25 charge after being told repeatedly that they would do so. I had to contest it with the my credit card company. This really spoiled the overall experience having to waste time with this.

Review 43：We came to Penn State with my son for a college tour, and stayed here one night. The Inn was highly recommended by other family members and did not disappoint. The room was very comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. The location was very convenient.The hotel provided a free shuttle, which we took to go downtown to eat. It was the most enjoyable stay of our whole trip.

Review 44：Parking ruined this stay. Parked in deck as instructed by front desk and started my next morning with a parking ticket! Had to navigate my way to the parking authority to take care of it. Resulted in being late for my business meeting and missing breakfast. Front desk should have advised to put parking tag on mirror while in deck. That one oversight unfortunately negated all the positive.
