Review 1：Staff was terrible. Almost left our passports, they took it to make a copy and never returned, we were happy to check if we have everything with us before leaving hotel and realized that our passports not with us. Restaurant is way expensive! Poor breakfast and served cold.

Review 3：As mentioned, the balcony doors do not close properly to seal out noise/mozzies. We hung a sarong over the gap, and didnt have any mozzy problems.

Review 4：Immaculate rooms. Clean crisp sheets. Very modern fancy bathrooms. Nice view from breakfast area and breakfast is pretty good. Small good restaurant in hotel parking lot. Not too bad walk into town. Lovely lake just around the corner. 3 mins walk from where the boat drops you from Mawlyamyine

Review 5：Nicely located hotel in quieter area by the lake. Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. We would return to visit more of the Hpa an area.

Review 6：No window in the room. Balcony door could not be opened and thus the balcony could not be used, reason was not given. The fan in the bathroom does not have an mosquito net, meaning if the fan is not running, mosquitos are free to enter your bathroom as they like. The balcony door had gaps which allowed mosquitos to enter the room. In addition, the room power was turned off (incl. the AC and fridge), when the room key card is removed. The bathroom mountings are not cleaned. They are full of lime and pipes are rusty.
