Review 1：the cleanliness of room was very much appreciated. I.have had bad experience with other hotel chains (motel6 especially!!) "we'll leave the light on for you!!" their room was so filthy that I had to keep the light off so I don't freak out!! anyways this room proved to be very comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely return
Review 2：Bathroom door did not close Had to ask for towels. Microwave and refrigerador did not work . No outlets just one in bathroom to charge phone. Bad area as soon as drove up .

Review 4：No one answered the phone to contact someone to confirm our reservation. There was no breakfast offered like the reservation clearly stated. And our phone in the room did not work to speak to the front desk.
Review 5：The beds were comfy. It had a nice tv. And the a/c worked. And the room was decent.
Review 6：Questionable business transactions around the facility, we did not feel really safe. Simple room, no bathtub and the shower was really low. Beds were uncomfortable. Room was tidy but not clean. If all you need is a place to lay your head this motel is ok.

Review 8：For breakfast, there was only toast. No coffee was ready. The bathroom shower was disgusting.Everything was stained: sheets,floor,sink,blankets. The room down the hall reeked of cannabis. We did not feel safe in the area. Definitely not worth the price.
Review 9：We paid for breakfast with our reservation. There was no breakfast. The room was filthy. There was a thick layer of dust on the lamps, the walls were stained, the rugs looked pretty bad, the blankets were old. We overpaid by booking online. We talked to walk in customers who paid $30 less!

Review 13：The WIFI signal was weak. The "breakfast" was less than I expected even for this value level of motel. On a busy weekend with all the hotels filled, this place still cost more than Motel 6, but should be a bit less.
Review 14：The towels were surprisingly fluffy and soft. The staff was great. The room was cheap, clean, good-sized and reasonably comfortable.
Review 15：At 8am the breakfast "buffet" was empty, and there was no staff to replenish. (The front desk had a sign asking us to just leave the keycard when checking out.) Also, the pool was closed "until further notice".

Review 18：First room had no electricity - had to be moved to another room (notmuch better) desk staff didn't speak English room phone did notwork (electric plugs literally hanging out of wall) constant smell ofcigarette smoke for a "non-smoking" facility bed was toosmall for us (didn't have queen or king beds - only double bed -too small!)

Review 20：Room was to crowded. No room between bed and wall unit for heat or cooler. Staff had specific area for parking with nothing posted. No accommodation for a 6 month pregnant lady. Breakfast was toast coffee pot was filthy. Will never stay again.

Review 24：I stayed five days and you can hear the noise from the freeway all night long and that makes it hard to fall asleep. One day when I got back from working all day and was going to take a shower there was no towels in the bathroom and another day they didn't make the bed.

Review 26：1. Telly did not work until next day. 2. No bathmat as one steps out of the shower onto tile with water, slippery for handicap room. 3. Had to constantly call for adequate number of towels. 4. Hall light out, clerk refused to replace it. 5. No tissue box, even though tissue wall holder was empty, clerk refused to refill it. 6. No one would answer phone late at night, nor earlier than 10 a.m., 7. Overcharged $4.80, taken off credit card. 8. Clerk would not give contact number for franchise owner. 9. As Motel 6 the standard, an 8 rating, Best 5 Motel, 5 rating, with 1 lowest; 10 highest. Very disappointed will never stay in this particular Best 5 Motel again!
Review 27：Handicap parking. Quiet. Refrigerator good. Telly good reception, many channels.
Review 28：No breakfast though supposed to be part of the deal. No coffee. Room card kept failing. Had to go to office for toilet paper. Internet dropped out continuously. No remote for TV in room so had to go to office again. CSI cars present one morning. Too close to freeway noise. Linen thin and never tucked in. Towels flimsy.

Review 31：Convenient to the Freeway ramps means a certain amount of Freeway noise. Freeway noise is very minimal on the ground floor rooms.

Review 33：we booked by booking.com for 4 nights to make vacation alsoon the pool. Pool was not available because pump defect.Total green because of alga - not even chairs available. Woman at desk did not accept cancelation. Booking.com would be responsible and could do it. After several telephone call with booking.com and over a week not a full refund.

Review 44：Disappointing box tv from the 90s. Situated next to a freeway on ramp that every Honda with a muffler had to wake the dead until 3am. I had to look at the horrible hotel next door that i stayed in the previous weekend.

Shower with mildew. Breakfast was terrible actually you can not call that breakfast. Review 94：The workers are nice but the place is not. Booked a double bed, nonsmoking room. When we got there, the keys did not work. I had to walkback and forth to the office to tell them it did not work, till he cameand open the door with his key. When we got in and uncover the sheets, aspider flew out and we had to squash it. The bathroom was ok, but lookslike in need for some renovation. My sons were sleeping on the bed whenthey woke up to little bugs biting them. We had to unroll the sheets outand use our blankets. The next morning, they had marks on the legs andfaces. Also, I did not find any complimentary breakfast. I would notrecommend if taking kids there, but maybe adult travelers.

Staff encased in bulletproof glass and security likea bank; all sorts of warnings taped up on the glass ans swimming pool"out of order" seemingly forever. I had to ask for the tvremote and a hair dryer, because Staff did not leave these in room. WhenI asked for check out at 12 noon, Manager told me if I was not out ofthe room exactly at 12 noon, he would remove all my belongings andcharge me to "store" them. He was extremely reluctant to giveme late check out even though there were less than 10 people staying atthis place. The America's Best Value is next door, exact samelocation but the Staff is so much nicer. I would not recommend Motel 5anyone. The Staff appears to hate working there.
