Review 1：Overall service was excellent... Mediocre service in the breakfast area of the Waters cafe. Bar area was wonderful and great value.

Review 2：Hotel and casino were exceptionally clean and pleasant. Exceeded expectations. Even had a nonsmokers area in the casino.

Review 3：Nothing within walking distance so you will have to stay on property unless you venture out a couple of miles. Other side of freeway has fast food stores but it's a little dicey. Clientele is sometimes suspect.

Review 15：The check-in is a little chaotic but it is a big hotel. The casino works 24/24 and the pool was crowded. If you like more cozy places this isn't for you. If you like gambling definitely this is your place!

Review 20：We liked that they changed our room quickly when the first room just didn't work for us. Hotel is clean and active, I hear a lot about the smoke in casino being difficult for non-smokers, and I am a non-smoker, and I think the air was noticeable better this time. Its not been an issue for me, but my family has complained in the past, this time was pretty good! We also used use the fridgerators in hotel rooms when we travel, and the one in this one was a bit warm side, about 50 degrees. Bath Tub is really nice, and the pool and Jacuzzi were great. The restaurants are also very good, and priced well, and Casino staff was also very nice. Overall the trip was great, and our stay at the hotel / resort was great! Thanks!

Review 21：The ease of regstration and check out. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well kept! I enjoyed your Steakhouse the food was excellent!

Review 22：I didn't like the double sink being so high, for a tall person I'm sure it's great. For short people like me, not so much. I also disliked the smell of cigarettes as you walk in to the main lobby to check in and while waiting in line. Although it only took 15-20 minutes to check in it felt a lot longer because all I could smell and breathe was the cigarette smell.

Review 30：Housekeeping didn't seem to own a vacuum and did not vacuum our room for the 10 days we stayed. The resort charges $16/night on top of rate - so the good deal may not be too good after all! The smoke in the casino is covered by an annoying air freshener which became quite irritating by the end of our stay

Review 35：We're seniors and were treated very well, seeing it was pitch black at about 2:00am when we rolled in. Upgraded to a beautiful suite, lovely bed, great sleep. Opened the drapes in the morning and what a view! Carried on to La Quinta.

Review 43：The casino was well appointed with a collection of both new and olderslot machines. The air was pretty smokey, even though the casinowasn't very populated during our mid week stay. Some of the machineswere taken off line (?) and several had problems with the electronics.Several times we tried to insert cash out tickets into another machineto find they couldn't be read. Even the Cashier had trouble withthem. It seems like more emphasis should be put on the maintenance ofthe machines, which were very tight. Even so we'd go back again.

Review 44：The facility was decked out in subdued holiday decorations that werebeautiful, not garish. We had a Deluxe King room with a balcony on thetop floor which was completely non smoking. The room smelled clean andthe linens were crisp and fresh. The towels were fluffy and smelledfresh. The bed was really comfortable - we slept in until almost noonafter the first night. The general ambiance was soothing, rich and verycalming - just what we were looking for. Let me tell you about the food- fabulous! Try the Asian dishes in the Waters Café - the Mongolian Beefwas the best we've ever tasted, and the combination Lo Mein dish wasexcellent. The best meal we had was at the Steakhouse. We made areservation for an early bird dinner, and chose a 5 oz. Filet that wasout of this world. We mentioned that we were celebrating our 27thanniversary, and the wait person surprised us with a Chocolate cupcakewith dark chocolate drizzled over crème fraise and fresh berries. Theeven took our photo and presented it in a nice folder, at no extracharge. The steak was outstanding. Even the breakfast the next day waswonderful. If you like coffee, you'll find the house regular at theJava Junction to be marvelous. We'll definitely go back for anothervisit - this was one of the nicest resorts we've been to inCalifornia.

Review 45：My hotel room overlooked a roof top. Beware if you ask for a patio room which is an additional cost of 50-60 dollars more per night, check out the location/view FIRST!

Review 47：This is the second time my fiancé and I have met here for relaxation and gaming in the last month and both times we had a problem with our hot water nob in the bathroom. It would not heat past room temperature and both times we met after work and we're looking forward to a hot,hot shower and did not get one. The second time we did file a complaint and an engineer was sent up to investigate the problem. We thought it would be a quick fix but he was in and out for about 2 hours where he ended use replacing the valve. This was a very big inconvenience to us as we have limited time to enjoy each other's company! Other than that we enjoyed your establishment.
