Review 1：I felt pressured to leave early on my check out day when housekeeping knocked on my door approximately 2+ hours early.
Review 2：The location and facilities were excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast nook was a great plus.
Review 3：Room was clean and comfortable, had a microwave and mini frig. They brought a large bagel, juice and coffee or tea to your room for breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitively stay there again.

Review 26：The motel is located on the west side of College Avenue, which means it is virtually a straight shot into town. Don't be shocked -- this is a real, old-fashioned motel, but the owners and staff have done everything to make it convenient and comfortable. In State College, it's a great value for the money. Breakfast is a (defrosted but once frozen) bagel or danish, coffee, and juice -- but brought right to your room.

Review 35：My stay at the Nittany Budget Motel was fantastic. As a young woman travelling alone, I felt totally safe and secure. The facilities were in great working order and exceptionally clean. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and staff members were very polite and friendly. You really get a bang for your buck. My expectations were met and surpassed.

It turned out to be the most low-cost, low-quality options for each of the items we ordered, and so we didn't even bother to eat most of it. Considering many motels don't offer breakfast, that didn't take away from our experience much at all.

The rooms are spacious and clean, lots of space to put things and a nice little kitchenette type spot! We will seriously never stay any where else when we stay for our annual week in State College!
