Review 1：Wifi not well working, rooms without balcony are too small. Towels and sheets could be better cleaned.

Review 4：For the price, the accomodation was reasonable but I wish it would have been cleaner. The sheets were stained and when we asked for them to be changed they did not do it. The floor was also dirty as well as the bathroom and main door knobs.
Review 5：Not very clean. The shower did not work - no water at all one of the two days of our stay. Very noisy room at the ground floor. Staff didn't speak a word of english. Try to avoid if possible.

Review 7：great staff, lovely hotel, great breakfast. there are even showers available to use once you have checked out and have returned from the lagoons to grab your belongings.
Review 8：Location on a central busy street. It wasn't noisy but there wasn't a river view, although view of courtyard was okay.
Review 9：Clean room, comfortable bed, little fridge, nice warm shower, hammock on balcony. Staff was friendly and helped to arrange several nice tours with an agency (be sure to visit Lagoa Bonita!) and made a bus reservation for me. Allowed me to check out and was able to take a shower in the building after a day of touring before taking a bus back to Sao Luis. Lots of choices at breakfast.

Review 14：Staff especially Raffael who can speak English was really helpful and they could arranged tour right after when we arrived around 7pm for the next morning. There are some Restaurants within 5 min walk and I think it's Okay for Family to walk around the area.
Review 15：it is very laut because they built a new building outside. the Shower can not be adjust. the hot water is too hot to take shower and the mix water is so cold like cold water. the matress is very uncomfortable.

Review 19：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy named Rafael (the only one who could speak English) did an amazing join helping us deal with our car rental company (we had an accident coming from Sao Luis). He also organized our trip to the dunes.
