Review 1：This hotel could be attractive to foreign tourists if the receptionists would speak only a little English; in our case it only worked as one of us are Russian speaking. The room was every day well cleaned but the beds never made up. Returning day after day to the room with unmade and uncovered beds was pretty unwelcoming and leaves a lasting negative impression. The receptionist offered some absurd explanation for it which are contrary to common standards I have experienced through a long life of travelling. Also in this respect the management could improve the standing of the hotel. The breakfast served in the neighbouring restaurant is very moderate and just sufficient.
Review 2：The location is superb and, when outside, with a wonderful view to the Kremlin and Trinity Cathedral on the other side of the small river. The neighbouring Bar Beer House offers delicious food.
Review 3：Breakfast service. It was woman who was talking too much and stopped us from taking food ourselves, so we were waiting while she has to bring things. Not because of breakfast itself - it was more or less fine, but service. There is a word "sovok" for it in russian.

Review 19：I was surprised to find such pretty hotel in Pskov. We liked it a lot and decided to visit it again with our child, parents and friends. It's location is incredible, you can sit on the embarkment and see the Kremlen, Two rivers, hearing church bells. Super.
