Review 12：Wifi signal was extremely poor in my room. Had to go down to the lobby to get anything done online. My room door was opened by someone while I was lying in bed. Turned out it was one of the receptionist staff. He apologized later but it is unthinkable why he would open any room door without knocking first.

Review 14：Very nice staff... they let us use the reception computer to check-in for our flight and print our boarding passes and they let me use their own mobile phone to make a call. The room was very clean and very comfortable.

Review 15：There is no individual control of heat in the rooms, so it got a little hot. But once we reported this the staff fixed it immediately.

Review 17：Kind and courteous staff. I had a morning flight and and they let me check-in early. Nice clean rooms with a great view of Mt. Erciyes. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Kayseri. The value is unbeatable and I don't see a reason to stay at other hotels costing a lot more.

Review 19：Like this hotel very much. Great central location. Comfortable room and bathroom. Very clean. Great rich breakfast (eat as much as you can) on the roof terrace with a view. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 20：The hotel was very clean, it was absolutely the best value for money. The breakfast was delicious, standard breakfast for Turkey, heavy in fruit and veg not a whole lot of meat or grains (don't expect american or European food!) the rooms were decently sized, and the bathroom was spotless. We stayed for a short amount of time (really just to sleep, eat breakfast and then go snowboarding), but they were wonderful with my daughter and incredibly helpful with giving us directions to the mountain. They spoke a small bit of English to compliment my small bit of Turkish. We will absolutely stay again!

Review 21：I had to work with a friend on a project so she came over but the hotel management didn't let her work with me in my warm room. There had to be marriage certificate. So we had to work and finish the project upstairs in the cold dining room.

Review 22：The hotel was really clean. The bath and everywhere was shining. There was a minor issue that my pillows were smelling Cigarettes and I told this issue to the reception and they changed. I ordered a non-smoking room but they had sent me to a smoking room.

Review 23：The neighbour was very loudly. With a normal neighbour, I wouldn't have heard anything, but this one had the TV very loud and the walls are not enough.

Excellent breakfast on roof terrace. Friendly welcoming staff, made a call to car rental company for me, nothing too much trouble

Review 29：The hotel is very new, everything is shining and working very well. Our room had a great view on mountains. Breakfast was superb. The hotel is one a big street, but windows stop any noise when are closed. Staff doesn't speak English very good, but they still were very helpful and explained us how to get to bus station. Location is near the center square, there are many ATMs, tram line, bus stops, shops and cafes, however it might be hard to find the hotel if you are first time in Kayseri, so better to take a taxi.

Review 30：I have slept in such hotel for such price first time. It looks like 5 star hotel inside and a price is still like in hostels. I strongly recommended it for all person.

Review 31：If you want the hotel to order a taxi for you make sure they do it through a proper taxi company. We asked the receptionist to order a taxi for 4:15 in the morning as we had an early flight. In the end we realized he had called his friend who was a taxi driver who was sleeping at 4:15. He insisted on us waiting for a long time to go with his friend instead of calling a taxi company. It ended with us running out of the hotel and grabbing a taxi from the street.

Review 33：It is a renewed hotel with a young, fendly, english speaking owner. In comparison with three star hotels from Istanbul Hotel Buyuk have five stars. If I must rate it in comparison with European hotels it is a strong three star hotel.

Review 34：The place is super close to kayseri airport. The personal is really helpful and take care of every details to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are big and clean and the internet works perfect. The food is delicious and so cheap!! Although they didn't speak English, they managed to communicate and help us with what we needed!

Review 78：Traffic in the street where the hotel is located; however, windows were quite soundproof (a very useful feature as there is a small mosque right across the street from the hotel), so the street noise and the early morning call for prayer didn't really affect the quality of the sleep.

Review 79：City center is a 15 minutes' walk away. The new tram (useful for getting to the coach station) is also nearby. It seems the hotel has been recently renovated -furniture and all the fittings in the bathroom seem brand new. Minibar was a welcome addition. Can't comment on the breakfast as it hasn't been include in the price.
