Review 1：Wish there were more spaces just for adults to hang out. Adult only activities such as wine tasting. Wish complimentary breakfast would be included with accommodations.

Review 5：Arrived at 4 pm. Told our room was not ready. Waited for an hour. The room was next to a generator and very noisy. Asked to be moved. That took another hour.

Review 7：The room was very dusty which to me made me think that the room hadn't been used for awhile. We had to wash the glasses in the room before using them to drink bottled water which in the room was also dusty. Depending where you were seated at the Blu Ember, the server didnt always check on you and at one point my husband had to go get him for something we needed.

Review 8：The staff was nice and it was reasonably priced for the room. The spa was very relaxing. We enjoyed both of our spa treatments.

Review 9：A fridge and microwave would be very helpful for families. It was difficult to shower without getting the floor wet. The walls were thin and our neighbors were loud at night.

Review 10：The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The staff everywhere were super friendly. The pool and water play area were wonderful.This was the reason we picked this hotel. Our kids are 9 and 10 and the 4 of us enjoyed the lazy river and water slides and also the main pool.

Review 11：Poor service. There was only a small bit of a roll of toilet paper and I ran out. I left at 11:00 one day and the maids never came, I was out of fresh towels and glasses.

We have an awesome room (poolside) where we can just walk out our patio:) our kids enjoyed the lazy river & water slide:) restaurants are across the resort which was awesome!
