Review 1：my bad comments are in the good comments section. Only positive I can say is the price for our 11 day stay was good
Review 2：The pool and hot tub could stay open later than 10pm especially when you're on vacation and want to relax. The hot tub could be a little hotter, it felt like a Luke warm bathtub. Towels are a necessity in the pool area, but my husband always seemed to have to go and get them. Phones used at the front desk for personal reasons and ignoring your guests is not ok. Breakfast could be served longer than 9am. I found myself waking up early just so I could have coffee before it was shut down, which was a major pain. All rooms should be non smoking at this hotel. I am a smoker, but the smell of the cigarettes was very strong down the hallway. Housekeeping is great, but it's not ok when they are knocking on your door by 10 am and you're trying to get ready. Coffee makers should be placed in every room! I am a huge coffee drinker, and there is nothing worse than not being able to drink coffee when you want.

Review 5：Lost online reservations. Rooms tiny. Power supply in room scarce. Microwave dangerously stacked on mini fridge. Carpets sticky and smelly. Very damp and humid in all areas. Continental breakfast all packaged store bought foods. Pool area so chlorinated caused all eye irritation. Even had bleach bottles in trash and 5 (4-6 inch) clumps powdered chlorine on bottom of pool. Jacuzzi didn't work. No ventilation in pool area. Brown stains on bathroom ceiling.
Review 6：Little things that could have really made the place look nicer There was a rusted out door where you could see the outside an couple other doors with rusted frames an locks all were in pool area.

Review 8：Not much. Why are the box springs on the floor? Remodling was going on and workers just left their mess. I watched the save the hotel/renovation show before. You should call these guys. If it wasn't so late we would have found another hotel!
