Review 1：I wasn't impressed with the water temperature when I took a shower. ..it was not even Luke warm, for the price per night I expected more. Other than that....it was excellent!
Review 2：Did not like that I had to pay for parking every time I left and returned, as there was no come and go rate. So going out several times a day was ridiculously expensive.

The most impressive thing was their staff, could not be more pleasant and accommodating from the moment we pulled up, they were wonderful! A special thank you to Brian, who was our bellhop and the doorman with the hat, I'm sorry I don't remember your name.. Both a credit to the hotel!
Review 4：our GPS in the hire car seized up in the centre of Pittsburgh after we had spent 2 hours in traffic jam into pittsburgh. Rang hotel and Nancy on concierge talked us thru directions to hotel. Staff so sorry about the traffic jam, they were great and Nancy> Many thanks.
Review 5：I didn't check the price of parking in the garage beforehand-- it was over $30 for one night. I was little disappointed by the price. It felt high.
