Review 1：Filthy, strong smell of cigarettes (supposed to be non-smoking facility), front desk unavailable to help, moldy bathroom, carpet stained, holes in sheets... GROSS
Review 2：The motel was very unclean! I asked for a non-smoking room because my son has severe asthma. When we opened the room it smelled like cigarette smoke. I spent approximately $325 on the room. The shampoo provided was previously used and was only half full. The worst of all is that when I opened the sofa couch the dirty linens from previous guest were in there including their dirty socks! I would have requested a new room but the office was closed. I will never stay there again! I spent a lot of money to stay in filth!!!
Review 3：The website was misleading as far as the pictures and what I seen at the actual property. There were Tenants Living on site made it feel different. Front desk closed! NEVER have I seen a FD close,I ran out of toilet paper and was told I'll be there when I can. Sent in a request for early check understanding that its not guaranteed before asking my name I was told NO come back at 3pm "I just told the lady the same thing right before you".I had to mention my request then was told ok well come back at 12.I appreciated the noon Check In.

Review 6：Upon check in we were assigned a 2nd floor room. We needed a firtst floor room because of my wife's knee issues. The clerk rearranged the reservation and secured a first floor room for us. Great.
Review 7：The facilities were a little outdated and there were 2 large beds which made the room very crowded. Not a big deal because I was traveling alone and did not spend a lot of time in the room.

Review 9：Brittany was the best, very accommodating. Easy late check in and early check out. We came for a wedding and others stayed at different hotels in area and weren't happy with them. We were bragging about ours!!
Review 10：We were first given room 316. After an inspection revealed a bed bug we were were moved to room 101. In 101 there was a problem with the cable box, so it was back to the office. The employee, Ben, seemed very attentive and told me the manager, Jennifer would contact me about a rate adjustment. I never got a call and was not able to reach her. No adjustment was ever given!
Review 11：Housekeeping was not daily, which is ok for the bed sheets, but the towels should be replaced daily. We asked for additional towels at the front desk and there was no problem getting them.
Review 12：Very friendly staff and easy check-in. Room was comfortable and spacious for the suite. Near the mall and many places nearby to pick from for meals.
Review 13：The room smelled like smoke and we had to air it out. (It was a non-smoking room, but smoking is allowed right outside the door.) The tub could have been cleaner. On our second night, housekeeping left us with only one towel for three people - they even took away the ones we had left hanging up. The main office closes at 10pm, so we couldn't ask for more. There were only two (very small) pillows per bed.
Review 14：All of the appliances worked. I liked that the window could be opened. The kitchen facilities were nice (full-sized fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, sink).
Review 15：It has been almost a month since we were there and they still haven't straightened out the mess they made! Charged me For 2 nights. Only stayed one. Refunded that, charged for one night. THEN charged me 3 weeks later for 2 nights again
Review 16：The trash was not taken out from the previous visitors, I heard the people next door talking until after 2 am, the cleaning ladies knocked on my door at 9:15 am and asked if I was ready to leave. Thirty minutes later the front desk called to ask the same thing. I had to tell them we will be out by 11:00 (checkout time).

Review 18：So we reserved a queen suite but that was not what we got the beds were full-size and the placement of the tv was bad. We had to sleep in separate beds because for a full grown adult full-size is not going to work. The a.c/heating was very loud it woke my husband up throughout the night, it sounded like someone was breaking in. Then the worst thing was we couldn't figure out how to get the shower to work so we both had to take baths...not so easy for a man.

Review 29：The room was spacious clean and I actually felt at home and very comfortable. I loved the bed it was hard to get up and do stuff because I was so comfortable. I'm staying there every single time I come to auburn as long as a room is available. Thank you guys.
Review 30：It felt so dirty! When I pulled back the sheets of the king bed there were black hairs and a bug carcous! I couldn't sleep in it. I slept in full sized bed with my daughter. My husband had to sleep in it. The bathroom was dirty and so were the floors. I would have left if the whole city hadn't been booked. It creeped me out. I wish the receptionist had at least given us a clean set of sheets and we could have made the bed ourselves.
Review 31：We thought we booked double beds, but must have been mistaken. We arrived late but before closing. Receptionist tried to help us and was kind. She actually let us get a room that would accommodate us but was obviously not cleaned. She relayed to us that it had been a smoking room but was only half de-smoked.
Review 32：didn't feel safe, a lot of seedy characters hanging outside drinking beer both nights. Came back to room in middle of the day and found door wide open. Was told by maintenance man that they were about to clean carpets. My laptop and valuables were inside the room the entire time the door was wide open and the carpet cleaning crew was in another room not making sure my room was secure. That night The carpet was wet and the room had a musty smell.

Panic set in at first...ICalled the number posted on the door and was told she didn't have areservation for me. But she evenually found it. My key was in a lockbox. There was a loud party going on across the street. I was upstairsand there was no elevator. My room was in the front and the curtainsdidn't close to shut the light out therefore I couldn't sleep, it soundlike someone was at my door all night! No personnel on site from what Icould tell!!! The room smelled like smoke (supposed to be a non smokingroom). I didn't fall asleep until 4:30am only to arise at 6 am.... Ididn't feel safe at all!!! I will never stay there again!!! I feel Ineed a refund!!! I would have came out better sleeping in my car!
