Review 1：Entry and furniture left little room to move about Bathroom door open out. Layout of bathroom not efficient. Refrigerator was off when arrived then froze our contents. Ugh

Review 14：We were not told how to turn heat on so we were cold most the night. Around 3:30am I was playing around with the heating device and some how accidentally turned on heat. Success..... We have heat. Enjoyed the rest of night in warmth.

Review 16：The beds were pretty comfortable but the pillows were not. Also, the sound proofing needs work. The floor boards above us creaked loudly every time the person took a step. Loud enough to wake me up twice.

Review 17：You need a car to visit campus only a few minutes away but the hotel is near the mall and shopping centers. The room was large and clean with a nice bathroom.

Review 26：There's always something a little off about my stays. This time the whole room vibrated about every twenty to thirty minutes throughout the night. I called the front desk to inquire about it and the girl snapped at me and said she couldn't do anything for me so she gave me a discount off the bill. That didn't really help that the vibration woke me up every time it started so i barely slept.

Review 30：Only concern I had was one evening when I returned to the hotel, a vacuum cleaner was left unattended in the middle of one of the lobby isles with its cord unwound & strewn across the carpeting in a manner that was definitely a safety issue. This really surprised me b/c everything else was impeccable as far as I was concerned. Not sure of the circumstances under which this happened (emergency or something for its operator?) but I do know there were at least two people behind the desk who were aware it was left like that & either one of them could have at least moved it aside or wrapped up the cord or something! A little disappointing.

Review 32：Checked in and found room was not cleaned. Received a second room but walked in on other guests! Received a third room with only 1 bed. My pregnant cousin had to sleep on the pull out couch. Couldn't sleep due to noise from people walking on the floor above us, doors slamming and flushing toilets. Worst hotel experience ever!

Review 36：This is a thoroughly mediocre kind of place. The first thing I noticed on walking in was that the desk clerk was dressed in an oversized t-shirt & stretch pants. Gave me a bit of a hard time about checking in a little earlier than the 3pm check-in time. "Green" policy with energy saving device in the room but also styrofoam coffee cups. One towel was stained. Danish at breakfast tasted stale. Pool is tiny but clean.

Review 38：Wallpaper peeling from the bathroom walls. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Food discovered between the mattresses and boxsprings. The answers of the desk staff when they came up to see the food on top of the boxsprings and their response to the issue.

The clerk told us he would make notes and at least get them on the same floor. When the rest of our party arrived the next day they were put in rooms two floors above us and the girl at check in was very rude to our family. We know the gentleman did enter the notes into the computer.

Review 41：We were told they had so many guests that they couldn't clean our room. We were gone from 6am to 10pm. You would hope that somewhere in there they could have gotten somebody to do the job!! Maybe we could expect this at a cheap motel, but for this price?? Unacceptable!

Breakfast, especially on the 2nd morning, was chaos, very busy with only one waffle maker working. People were standing in line for 15 minutes or more. And if BW host a large group, as was there when we were, they should have a larger breakfast area with more tables. Lastly, when checking in, the receptionist did not check any ID as nearly every other hotel does, which I found perturbing. What if I wasn't who I said I was?

Review 113：We got a very good rate for our 2 night's stay. The room was clean, and the pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of choice. Convenient to PSU for events.

Our reservation had not made it but we weretreated as if it had at check in. They supplied us with tooth brushesand things which was appreciated.
