Review 1：They won't hold luggage after your check out time. The room was filthy with stained chairs, no curtains on the windows, broken drawers in the table. Not in a good location at all.
Review 2：The lady on reception was very pleasant and helped us out by calling taxis and getting us addresses.
Review 3：First off they had bad roaches they were so bad I was scared to get up and go to the bathroom. The bed spread had holes in it from cigaretts and nail polish stains and pillow had stains I had to go get a blanket and pillow to lay comfortable. They only had one wash clothe and one towel for 2 people they said we had to pay for another towel and wash clothe. No remote for the tv and the door looked like sombody burst in there before it was hard to open it. They need to be shut down ASAP and put under new managment

Review 5：I was eaten alive the night I stayed with you all checked in around thee wish n woke up itchy by four thirty was tired and had had a long drive there from wi wanted a nice clean rm and comfortable night of rest but only got bit up hopped up and left asa my body realized that something wasn't right! I got up, mind u I come from the Bankhead financial district, n left... I honestly would like to be given my cash back onto my card and to assure you I have pics of the bite marks sickening!!!
Review 6：I was unaware that tenants frequented there. They tend to get loud, obnoxious & inconsiderate of other tenants. Also, after checking in there were cigerate butts under the bed & light bulbs needed replacing in the room. I'd been occupying the space for four nights with no services while I was out. To me, that's unacceptable & I won't be returning.

Review 30：BUGS BUGS BUGS!!! A hotel full of crack heads and pot smokers (they will approach you and ask if you want drugs)! And they will argue outside your window about pot! Uncomfortable beds! The staff was less than friendly, and the overall hotel in general just looks run down! If these are qualities that you are looking for in a hotel, then this is the place for you, but for those of you like me that wanted a wonderful hotel experience, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE MARIETTA HOTEL!

There was an unmade bed where someone had slept bathroom wasNASTY....appliances were from the late 70'S.....all I can say ishell no.....hell...no....and hell nooo.......bbb should investigate themand a health inspector......both rooms were filled withmildew.......This hotel should be torn down...This hotel was aNightmare.......you would not want to even take your Pet you think hewould die from a disease....I Felt unsafe with all of the tenants thatare residents at the Marietta Hotel...Take about new jakeCITY.......Wesley Snipes would be proud...Marietta Hotel is a projectcomplex ready to explode...This is not a suitable environment for afamily vacation..... A petition needs to start to band the MariettaHotel.....until the renovation of a new Marietta Hotel ismade..PLEASE!!! Please!!! Please!!! Review 36：The hotel is dirty, very dirty. There is bad smell in the pillow, in thebedroom, in the elevator, in the corridor. The hotel is old, very old.There wasn't a cup or a glass in the bedroom and I asked a cup atthe reception, but they sad me the cups was in a locked room. Theydon't sweep the outside part of the hotel. There is dirt everywhereoutside the hotel. It was a terrible experience. I don't recomendthat hotel for anyone.

Ive worked in a hospital for 23 yrsand very familial with blood but Then the staff acted as if I was lyingand came to see if it was true. The light shade had been burned about 6times with a cigarette or something else. 3 lights in the room didntwork and several pictures had been stolen off the wall. The parking wasinadequate unless u used the lot down the hill away from the hotel andit obviously wasnt secure due to signs saying the hotel wasntresponsible for any losses. My family didnt feel safe after seeing allthat blood. Even the next room we got had to be febreezed because of thesmell. Very disappointed.
