Review 1：Found the Motel extremely clean and the owner absolutely would go out of his way to be most helpful as well as friendly. Would love to go there again.
Review 2：The water run out of the basin even if the plug was properly in place. But I worked around it. I think you can safe more water if that does not happen. I had to use more water for that reason of the plug not working like it should.
Review 3：I'm more of a white colour fan but our kids liked the very colourful everything. It does make it better if the kids likes the colours so much. They even had a chat at breakfast table about how they thought the paint was created in the dining area. It is great to listen to such conversation of your own kids. I liked the variety of the breakfast much. The owner and his team is very friendly.
Review 4：The electric fry pan in the guest kitchen needs replacing. Everything else was fine.
Review 5：The motel had a nice are beside the pool where you could sit with a drink. The room was spacious, had a good sized fridge, plenty of hot water for the shower and breakfast was free. The motel also had a separate guest kitchen with basic tools for cooking.

Review 8：Room had ants, which we discovered after we woke and found our food getting devoured by them. Spray was supplied in room, but dead ants remained for the 4 days. Room very hard to cool down. Temp's were around 40 for our stay. We asked that cleaner's leave air on, only to be told by management that they can't afford to leave air running when we were out for a few hours. Very hot and disappointing

Review 13：The Paddle Steamer wasn't modern, but it was presented well and is clean. Our hosts we found to be very well organised and considerate, even offering me personal assistance with my car. I always enjoy having breakfast included into an overnight stay. It was very well done.

Don't let the colour scheme on the outside put you off - the room we had was clean to a very high standard and the aircon was very welcome (just a little noisy but expected for the type it is). A bit more than a quick walk to Swan Hill CBD but parking is easy in town. RSL does a great feed.
