Review 1：There were stains in the bathtub/shower. The breakfast here is very limited.
Review 2：The staff was very friendly and the check in was very easy! The price for the stay was good deal! The location is also great!
Review 3：The worst thing was LOUD banging and pounding noises while trying to sleep. First time, at 5:20 AM, second time at 3:15 AM! It went on for three hours! Also, we had to have the broken microwave replaced, and were given a dirty one from the one next door. We asked for extra pillows but were told there were none. We did get extra towels the first night, but maids didn't replace the ones they took, so always had to be inconvenienced to get more. The top and sides of toilet weren't wiped down daily. We stayed there for five nights, which was long enough for a dust to occur. Tub was clogged, had to stand in water up to ankles. When I requested that it be unclogged, the handyman insisted that none of their drains have problems, like he was accusing me of lying. Why would I make that up? I told him that the last room I stayed in, in the same row, also had that problem in the sink, a month ago, so maybe he should check them all. Also, the tub was stained. It's an older facility, so some wear and tear is expected, but carpet was pulling away from the wall in the corner by my bed, by at least an inch. Didn't like that there is no coffee maker or iron and board in room.
Review 4：We liked that we were able to bring our dog with us and keep him in our room. We liked that the room was very close to a grassy area to walk him. We liked the price. The office staff was friendly, but the maintenance man, not quite as much. I liked having beds made up and clean towels each day.
Review 5：Bathtub was stained with a fruit punch pink color. Yuck. (Otherwise, room was clean.)

The thing that would have made it a little nicer was if there's a microwave in the room. bed was very comfortable with good pillows. this was my second stay there and I will continue to choose University motel for all my visits to Fresno
Review 9：Continental breakfast offerings are inadequate...very little milk for cereal...no fruit..plain bread, no bagels. Room heater/AC blasts directly on people in their beds with no provision for redirecting air away or up. Loud intermittent fan noise. Loud fan noise is ok if it's consistent but not when it goes on/off/on/off/on/off ad nauseum.

Review 11：It didn't look like it did in the pictures. It was a low budget hotel. The morning person was not as friendly. Had to let her know to check the breakfast counter and then she cleaned up and refilled everything.
Review 12：I did like the area. Near a freeway and shopping, college, etc. The nightshift person was very nice and helpful. Morning person did make a printout of a map back to our destination.
Review 13：The location was great! We were here for the Clovis Invitational at Woodward Park. Only a 10 minute drive and there was plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

Review 25：Well I really enjoyed the 2 staff members who helped during our stay "Ashley" and "Nora". They were great with communication, politeness, and answered all your questions. I would recommend this hotel. I frequently go to Fresno & this hotel has been far the greatest from all the others I have been to for my weekend get aways to go see family. I know for my future runs this is my place to stay.

Review 29：This hotel is a great value for your money! We were doing a road trip through California and had a two day stay in Fresno because we were going to Yosemite (1.5 hour drive). This was actually the first motel we had with excellent working WiFi. Location is also very good, near shopping facilities and close to the freeway, Nice swimming pool as well, which you want to use with the Fresno heat.

Tiny "chicklet" soap bars and have to request hair dryer, iron, lotion and shampoo. Breakfast was cereal, juice, and bakery products only.

People kept coming in and out of the room a few doors down from us at ridiculous hours in the morning (12am-5am). Kept waking up to check on the car as we would hear people running across the parking lot.

Review 45：It's in Fresno. And the typical motel layout will cause the fainthearted some nervousness because all rooms are reachable from the outside, so there's just a simple door with no strong security lock between you and any villain who may want to enter.
Review 46：We chose this hotel for it's good price (56,- USD per night) along with it's proximity to the university and the house where my daughter studies/lives. We had stayed at another hotel (University Square Hotel) before this, which was a not so nice experience so we gave the University Inn a shot. The rooms were nothing exciting but clean and had very good beds and a coffeemaker as well as fast and reliable free Wifi. The staff was extremely helpful whenever a problem (coffeemachine in the breakfast room, flickering light in room) occured and had things fixed in no time. The hotel offers free parking and a nice pool area. There's a nice (while not excellent) asian restaurant next door, as well as a taco restaurant, starbucks and a liquor store (the latter will provide you with moderately priced beer or stronger stuff if you need to enlighten your Fresno experience).
Review 47：Very basic, only one soap, and 2 towels, had to ask motel for a hair dryer because doesn't come with one, older tv. But all in all for the price it was fine

Review 58：The receptionist didn't tell me when and were break would be served. He didn't tell me about any of the amenities included in my stay including location of pool or wifi code. There was no clock in my room. The room had no shampoo or conditioners. I would not stay here again and this room was supposed to be upgraded so I can't imagine what the other rooms must look like. Plus the noise of people walking outside and the sound of running water because the walls are thin kept me from getting maximum and quality rest.
