Review 1：I did not like the old TV, the bed was very uncomfortable, the air conditioner/heater didn't work properly. And the continental breakfast was not very good, also, no ice machine. And not enough towels

Review 4：Nothing good about this filthy run down flop house. More like a 3rd world ghetto slum. about as close as you can get to slumdog millionaire ambiance. This is a limited DUMP, nothing about this dump can be called suite. This is a run down motel that fools people with the ramada name.
Review 5：For the little bit of money i paid for the room, it was one of the best ive ever stayed in! Friendly staff! If they didnt know where somewhere was, they'd try looking it up for me. Will stay there again!
Review 6：The wall paper was falling off an the bathroom wall had a whole in it. Plus they have a roach problem.

Review 8：The people next door werected very loud during the night. The room was ran down looking. The bathroom had earwigs in it. The breakfast, if you could call it that, was horrible. The doughnuts were stale, the milk was warm, and there was little to pick from.

Review 10：The faucets in the lavatory and the shower leaked. The hide a bed was extremely dirty and the room stunk badly. Had to get ice from a 48 quart cooler in the lounge. We will not be back. End of story
Review 11：Front desk person was quite rude when we arrived. The door to the room was busted/broken. There was a bucket under the sink to catch water. Air conditioner did not work.

Review 15：Was a little scared out in the parking lot at night and getting into room. Mainly due to the other tenants. But they didn't give me any problem. It was just fear of the unknown with them.

Review 19：Tile in area broke (not just cracked) and covered with tape, room did not have a clean feel to it, hair dryer bracket with no hair dryer (advertised as having) ironing board no iron, holes in wall, Ramada sign removed and others painted over so, not a Ramada facility. Ramada should demand any and all reference to Ramada be removed immediately. A disgrace to any hospitality standard.

Review 21：Facility was a former Ramada Inn. Has seen better days. Rooms in need of upgrade. Old technology TV in our room with only a few channels that would come in clearly. Overall cleanliness of room was poor. Signs of mold in the bathroom. Small fridge and microwave was a plus. Skip the "breakfast" unless you like waffles and dry cereal.
Review 22：Location was close to Major North / South Interstate. Looked like fast food resturants neerby.
Review 23：Electrical issues. Smelled unclean roaches. Furniture disgusting. Holes in comforter. Door didnt lock. Staff rude.had kitchen but told not to use. Plumbing properties. No smoke detector. Linen dirty. Pool closed. Bed very un uncomfortable.just an awful experience. Oh and wife got bitten by a tick in bed.

Review 25：It was very dirty, obviously needed serious repairs to the rooms and the lobby. The furniture in the rooms was very dirty and stained. The ceilings had water stains and in our room there was a hole in the ceiling. The bathrooms were filthy! Ours looked like a dog had urinated in the corner and it was left there to dry and stain. the towel rack and shower bars were hanging off of their hooks and a simple repair would have fixed it. Needless to say, the rooms smelled!

Review 27：The Indian woman was mad because I asked for a microwave and banged on the door while my infant was screaming and complained about the amount of luggage I had. I ended up going to studio 6 and it was awesome.
Review 28：Overall, a basic motel with no frills. But the room was clean, the cost was very reasonable, and the bed was comfortable which pretty much satisfy our requirements for a motel.

Review 34：Everything about this place was awful. The pictures on the website were taken far away so it looked ok from a distance.. But when you walk in it smelled musty, the floor was broken and taped back together. The sink was broken. There were stains and burnt holes on the bed from cigarettes in a nonsmoking room. The door didn't even close straight, it was at an angle with a broken top lock. You could hear everything outside from people's conversations to all the ghetto drug activity happening in the back, we did not feel safe one second we were there. The desk clerk was rude and refused to give us a refund so we stayed and left the second we woke up. This filth should be closed down.

Review 40：This hotel is not a Ramada, it is filthy and dangerous, there were people in and out of rooms all night, a woman was in her running car all night in front of room, ovious drug buying/pickup place, I have asked booking.com to take this hotel off their website. I could not sleep as I did not feel safe.

Review 42：The Whole experience. The rooms were dirty. Ceiling peeling. Rugs needed to be cleaned, Couch dirty. Breakfast was little debbie donuts opened and placed in the tray. I had to ask for a iron and there was no remote for the tv. There was a Homeless man living around the property. I will not choose this for my next trip back to Marietta.

Review 57：The hotel WAS NOT a Ramada! The Ramada logo was painted over with red paint! This hotel is in MAJOR need of a renovation, and constant cleaning! When we walked in the room it smelled very unpleasant and old. There was a spiderweb in the corner, the kitchen area was EXTREMELY nasty! We were waiting on a roach or rat to come out at any moment. The floor had a broken/cracked tile that was covered with clear Sctoch Tape, it looked as if it had not been touched with a mop in years! There was a nasty brown-greenish build up all around the kitchen appliances and baseboards. We were too scared to open the cabinets, fridge, microwave, etc. The carpet was nasty and unvacuumed, actually we brought a bottle of Clorox Bleach and other cleaning supplies (as we always do when staying in any hotel) with us and it still did not freshen up the smell in the room. The television did not have all of the buttons, the mattress was stained and nasty, the mattress was not properly covered, the bed comforter had stains and cigarette holes in it, honestly I could go on and on! THE ONLY REASON WHY WE DID NOT LEAVE WAS BECAUSE IT WAS TOO LATE TO GET A REFUND, AND ALL OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA WERE BOOKED! Save your money people because this hotel is not even worth a free night! NEVER AGAIN, NOT EVEN IF THEY PAID US TO STAY.
Review 58：A positive thing I can say is that I enjoyed the city, and the staff was friendly.
Review 59：Free breakfast wasn't anything close to a continental breakfast.Mini donuts and dry cereal with milk. (Almost everyday they'd runout of everything). Upkeep on the place is horrid! Rug was mildewed,severely damaged. The Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water ran onlylukewarm. Not enough towels, coffee, coffee cups, etc. tv channels wereat a bare minimum. I'll never stay here again! Do yourself a favorand spend a few dollars more for other hotels in the area. Lots of riff-raff and undesirables running in and out of the place all night long,every night I was there.

Review 65：We got there around 1230am. We were tired. The attendant couldn't find my ressrvation. We get that squared away, and go to our room. We walk in and at first glance it looks decent for a motel. Well, the air conditoner had leaked all over the carpet, there was dirt everywhere in the room, the toilet leaked, there was stuff on the walls. I tried to open the curtain and the curtain fell off the window so I had to hang a sheet up. We had reservations for 2 nights but I asked for a refund for the 2nd night and stayed elsewhere. Location is in a rought part of town as well. Spend a little more and don't stay here.

Review 67：Room was gross: carpet was shredded at doorway to the point of carpet tacking strip exposed as well as concrete floor. Air unit in room supported by a brick. Very dirty & worn, toilet tank cover broken and missing end.

We was suppose to have a let out couch but there was no sheets they said we could get the sheets in the morning.. on Sunday in check out we need towels the housekeeper would give me towels cause we was checking out...and its not the Ramada its super 8.... will not be returning....
