Review 1：I didn't like anything about this poor and unhelpful costumer service.
Review 2：I didn't have the luxury of staying there. I didn't cancel in time and was charged $155. I will never use this hotel. They we very unhelpful in resolving my issue.

Review 4：Great location, was there for the game, so it was perfect, and of course a place to leave the car when away all day. There was also a $5 shuttle bus put on to drop at the stadium, nice surprise! Loved it!
Review 5：We were next to the motels laundry room so we were startled and woken up to noise of the door slamming but we survived. Also when you flushed the toilet and then turned the shower on the pipes would rattle which was a little scary just because we thought we broke something lol.

Review 12：It's not going to get much cheaper than this for a hotel on game weekend in Ann Arbor. They had a $5 shuttle to the game and we were allowed to park all day even though we checked out the morning of the game.
Review 13：The whole building felt like it was made of plywood, very cheap. Felt uneasy leaving anything valuable in the room. There is only coffee available in the morning, nothing else; fortunately there is a McDonalds right next door.

Review 26：Location was the closest I could get for the MI Speedway for the Quicken 400 NASCAR. McDonalds in front for breakfast and other meals. Easy on and off the interstate.

Review 41：Motel was clean, matter of fact, It was the nicest Motel 6 I have stayed in. Older Motel, but they are spending the money to keep it up. Fresh Paint, good plumbing. Perfect for what we were looking for, an inexpensive place to stay one night while traveling. We would definitely stay again.
Review 42：The lady at the front desk called to say that our taxi was here. she wanted to argue with me when I said I did not request a taxi, then called back and said that since I was canceling the taxi could I please go outside and tell them I told her I was not going outside and telling the cab as i did not order the cab
Review 43：I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the room. The bedding had holes in it, the floor was not swept or mopped, there was not a corner of the room that was clean, and the bathroom was filthy. The shower had black gunk in the cracks, the toilet had not been cleaned and once again the floor was niether swept or mopped. Very disappointed to have paid for such poor conditions.
Review 44：The rooms reminded me more of a trailer than a motel room, and everything was constantly damp, resulting in poor sleep. Wifi should have been included in the price, as should a fridge and microwave. All in all, a less than fair experience.

Review 49：I had two cats in my room. On the first day, one of them managed to escape the room to the basement of the hotel through a hole under the sink. The staff were really concerned and they did what they can to help. Eventually, the cat came back. Although the basement is a closed space and the staff very helpful, I adivise cat owners to check the room carefully. If there is something wrong, ask for help.

Review 52：Jake the General Manager held my tickets for the Manchester United game at the Big House for over a week. I was so happy to be able to trust Motel 6 with these expensive tix. They were very friendly and the rooms were great! We took Uber into downtown Ann Arbor and the most we paid was $13 bucks. Great location if you're going to a game at The Big House!
