Review 1：At the buffet, I found the food generally cool. To me this was because no heat was applied under the food containers and the containers lost heat quickly

Review 5：Generally sullen, unfriendly and disinterested staff The majority of the hotel is smoking and we were put on a smoking floor although we had booked non-smoking. Was resolved after first being told it couldn't be and two room moves. Arriving late we ordered calamari after checking it was fresh and the Kolin burger which was also supposed to be fresh. Both were disgusting, the calamari inedible and the burgers like cardboard. Staff not too concerned when I told them. Breakfast was not much better, horrible juice, average selection of food and we had a waiter who snorted and sniffed as he cleared our table. The location is very poor being close to nothing and requiring a taxi to go to town. This is hotel that is poorly managed and doesn't do anything right or well. Avoid at all costs!

Review 7：Mattress was hard. The complaint about the buffet is true. If you don't get room & board, you can't partake. (But didn't find the a la carte terrible) Breakfast serving staff were very inattentive: lots of people around not serving anyone.

Review 8：Service was good. The room was large. The car valet did an outstanding service. This was the tail end & we had a lot of bags & packages which they patiently helped take out of the car & carry. Breakfast was abundant. The spa was a delight & bargain.

Review 20：We wanted somewhere comfortable central for our visit to Gallipoli and Troy. We had an excellent room over looking the Dardanelles. Room was spacious. Sumptuous buffet breakfast and dinner with Han abundant variety of choice. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would love visit again again.

Review 21：Despite arriving after check in time, room was unavailable. Lock on door was also broken and after removing the lock they urgently wanted to move us. We arrived relatively early for breakfast, but a lot of items had already been depleted and were not replaced. Dirty dishes were removed quickly but staff did not wipe away crumbs or provide new cutlery or napkins, limiting places to sit. I do not recommend this hotel.
