Review 1：Had to pay extra $10 for dog but got to spend night in a substandard room if you had a dog. Hotel can't have it both ways, if they charge extra for dog don't send us to substandard dog annex room. Breakfast was a joke. would never stay there again.

Review 3：The owner went into my room after I left for a short time and searched though my things and locked me out with no explanation and no refund, based on my belongings.

Review 5：The walls are thin, so we could hear the comings and goings, conversations and other hotel noises. Luckily I travel with a sound machine and ear plugs!

Review 6：We were traveling and needed a hotel just outside of the city limits. The hotel has a casino attached and a Pizza Hut that is not attached, but within walking distance (in parking lot, actually). The front desk person was near the front desk watching TV, but was very nice to us. She gave us a room on the 1st floor.

Review 7：The handicap room was as far away from the front desk as it could have been (not good). Workers hung around outside our window talking and smoking. Checkout time is 11am, and they are very strict about this - the front desk began calling at 10:30am asking if we were paying for another night.

Review 8：They provided a nice handicap accessible room. The breakfast was not included, but the food in the restaurant was delicious!

Review 9：our window would not lock and was on ground level. we asked for another room, which we got immediately. however, the window did not lock in the new room. we requested a third room, which was fine. each room had better bed setup, by the 3rd room, we had a king sized bed as well. staff was very attentive to this problem and resolved it quickly.

Review 13：Could not close bathroom door. Beds were very uncomfortable, made awful noise every time a person tried to change position. Hotel's web page stated there was a billiard table (no longer available). Check in and out times were different on line than in reality. No shade in the pool area.

Review 14：Rooms were very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Even thought we arrived 45 minutes earlier than expected we were able to take possession of our room. Pool area was spotless and staff checked chemical levels of water regularly. Liked that sink and mirror were in different area than shower and commode.

Review 20：A small point is there is no coffee machine in the room and the coffee in the lobby is not always available. There is a microwave in the room which covers this issue.

Review 21：Clean comfortable accommodation at a budget price for the area. Easy to find from Junction 450 on I90 and yet a quiet stay with easy access to town. There is a fair sized outdoor pool, albeit in a rather austere concrete setting, which was useful when the temperature was close to 38C. Only heard of on-site casino, never saw it or affected in any way by it.

Review 22：check in was slow. Tried to charge me extra over what I had booked at. That seems wrong. Tile in shower is dirty. No Breakfast offered. No in room coffee. Bed was really uncomfortable - hard and had a peak in middle. Monday and restaurant was closed!

Review 25：The hotel was good for our budget. The room was very clean. The only complaint I have is there was an odor in the hallway that smelled a little like a bathroom. However, you could not smell it in our room. Everything was very clean otherwise. The staff was very friendly as well.

Review 26：The hotel and staff were great. It was a good town to stop overnight before heading up to Yellowstone for the day. As you get closer to the park hotel prices get pretty high, this place was very reasonable and clean for the price.

Second went to the room and noticed a certain truck in the backnext to a car they were talking then there was an exchange of something"my guess drugs". Then I guess the subject was waiting foranother. Went to the lounge and same friendly staff that was there lastyear, restaurant was open this year but way too high of prices, and Ithink (from what I saw of the menu) 1) was over priced2) I think they got the region really, really wrong, I don't want to insult them but not many people like everything blackened or not that many Cajun style food in MONTANA you really missed the boat on this one. Sheets on the bed were two flat sheets that don't fit right. Next night same truck, same car. Then Truck was out back with a different car. My guess is drugs again. The staff should pay more attention to the prices at check in, I was quoted one price and paid another, Something seems fishy about that.

Review 36：The improvements are helping the looks. They kept some of thegood staff.I manage a motel and we don't change quoted prices upon check in, unless the customer changes 1) the amount of people 2) has a pet not declared when making reservation.

Review 49：I hated just about everything about this place. As you walk in, the "hotel" was dingy and outdated. The staff were not overly helpful or friendly. The drapes in the room do not close all the way and I had to use a hair clip to make sure no one peered in from the parking lot. There is a door that adjoins to the next room with no handle lock, only a chain which means someone on the other side could see into your room 3+ inches. The floor was elevated off the solid ground so you could hear every foot step. The floor sounded hollow. The mattress was the hardest bed I have ever felt and the linens were old.

Review 50：Very poor reception/check-in. Clerk was watching TV in the lounge when I arrived, then stated I had no reservation - although she admitted she had put it in herself the day before. Booking.com was very helpful and confirmed the reservation (clerk probably "fat-fingered" the wrong date of arrival). Then she refused to accept my military ID as a photo ID - so I had to search among other credit cards where I had misplaced my driver's license, then tossed it on the counter. The clerk became very irate and stated she will not issue me a room "for treating her like a dog". I had to demand to see the manager as I was getting booking.com to search for another room nearby. The manager supportered her clerk for demanding a driver's license (although there check-in sign and the clerk only asked for a "photo ID" not a driver's license). Booking.com had found another room, but a few miles back west and I had already driven 12 hours and didn't want to drive backwards. So I apologized to the inept clerk for tossing my license on the counter and the manager checked me in. All-in-all, not the best experience after a full day of driving (from Seattle). I would never use this hotel again - would not have used it that night had I not been so tired. Again it has a good location and a the best price for just an 8-9 hour stop-over. But Booking.com was a great backup, I was highly satisfied in their response to my predicament.

Review 51：It is very close to the Interstate - especially of you are traveling east and want to get an early start out of Billings. It was a fairly quiet and clean room - older appearance with basic amenities. But the price is as good as you can get in Billings for just a rest stop - not for a longer stay.

Review 55：We were very tired when we arrived, having driven from the Denver airport. We decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, frankly not expecting much. Well!! Much to our surprise, the restaurant- Goode's Cajun Grill- was fabulous. We're from near Houston, TX and love cajun food. We were not disappointed. The staff of the restaurant was so friendly, the owner came and talked with us extensively and the food was delicious. Such as pleasant surprise. The hotel was fine for an overnight. The room comfortable, not luxurious. Even though it was close to the Interstate, we could not hear any traffic.

Review 56：The tv ad I saw said they had new pillow-top beds, the beds were not very comfortable, did not feel like a pillow-top. Also was on the second floor, was with some one who had a really hard time with stairs so would have liked an elevator. We had three adults so would have been nice to have more than one chair to sit on

Review 68：Martina and Al were wonderful, welcoming, and very focused on customer service. I've made a point of telling others about he hotel and them in particular. They also politely enforced the riles of the hotel with regards to the pool, giving respectful warnings it was closing prior to closure. What a nice stay for my family.

Review 75：1. The beds made a terrible squeaking noise anytime you sat on them or rolled over - report this to the staff and nothing was done about it 2. The commode in the bathroom ran continuously - reported this to the staff and it wasn't corrected. We had to turn the water supply off in able to sleep at night the noise was so loud. 3. When we booked we were told that breakfast would be included - this was not so there wasn't even a coffee pot in the room. There was coffee available in the lobby but not in the rooms. 4. We were provided with two small bars of soap. On the second night there one of the two bars was removed and not replaced by the cleaning person. We were left with a sliver of soap!
