Reviews for Red Roof Inn Flushing New York - LaGuardia Airport
Review 1:We noticed a nail sticking out from the floor in front of the bathtub.
Review 2:We were a short walk away from Flushing Main Street Station, which was very convenient. There were lots of places to eat in the area, and Skyview Center was nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast options (cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit, a make-your-own-waffle station, juice, coffee). I'd definitely stay here again.
Review 3:Pulled up to hotel and there was a fight happening right outsideof the door. One of the men came inside and the front desk girl allowed them to stay in lobby. Front desk verbally said my room number out loud so the people in lobby heard. I'm a manager at a hotel and that is something your not supposed to do. Especially when there are thugs in an earshot away! Also was let down with the orange juice at breakfaat. It wasn't real juice it was Sunny Delight. Very cheap move on the owners end.
Review 4:The view was nice
Review 5:Bathroom too small. Had to squeeze between sink and toilet in order to close bathroom door. No parking lot. Parking lot across from hotel didn't offer hotel guests any discounts
Review 6:Great view of the skyline. Close to numerous restaurants.
Review 7:we left luggage for 3 days when we come bag its open by someone. but goo luck for me that we lock the valuable thing inside it so they cant get it but imagine if i put some of my money what will happen
Review 8:The Internet had no connection.
Review 9:I liked the fact that it was close to the train station. Parking was across the street. It was in a decent neighborhood
Review 10:I had submitted my credit card information through booking.com. The Red Roof Inn charged my credit card a few days later. Upon my arrival in Flushing, they charged my card again. This caused me a bit of distress. We had also been to Boston and booked through booking.com. They did not do this in Boston. I told the front desk person. She told her manager. They told me they would be eliminating the second charge and crediting my card with a small amount. To this point, two days later, neither of those things are showing up in my online statement. This was my biggest disappointment.
Review 11:We were doing a baseball road trip and we were going to a Mets' game. We were one subway stop away from Citi Field, which was great that way.
Review 12:The rooms are too small
Review 13:Very nice staffs but a little bit small beds. It's not a queen size. So we need to upgrade our room.
Review 14:Way too much screaming and yelling inside hotel after midnight.
Review 15:Close to citifield
Review 16:the location was so great, and the bed was cozy
Review 17:Some road and airport noise but is expected due to location

Review 19:Helpful with travel arrangements .
Review 20:price, convenience to restaurants and public transportation, refrigerator and microwave oven.
Review 21:It's in a bad area. I could not even find the hotel. After calling and asking a staff member where it was, still I could not find it. I wind up having to stay at another hotel which was in a better area and way nicer. It had a shuttle and bus stop near by that was easy to commute to and from. This place however, I would not recommend to anyone.
Review 22:Distance to manhattan (1 hour of metro) Is not on a main street Room very small
Review 23:Modern & clean facilities. Friendly staff. Distance to the metro (3 blocks) Ideally located if you want to be in koreatown.
Review 24:Hard to access and find with one way streets and small frontage if driving yourself - park on pavement to off load. Very busy and not exactly the safest looking neighbourhood. Not a place I would stay in again or use as a jumping point for a NY holiday. Have to park opposite - cost of $15 US a day and a pushy attendant who did nothing - and then asked blatantly for a tip !
Review 25:Near to US Tennis Open - which is why we chose it - 5 min by taxi or 20 min walk ( wouldn't though - area didn't look safe) staff were friendly and helpful Rooms are small and packed in but clean, new and beds comfy and comfy and bathrooms clean and new
Review 26:Location is kinda of shady, especially at night. Could have a little more variety for breakfast.
Review 27:Room was clean, equipped, bed was comfy, breakfast provided, near to main street.
Review 28:NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE....would have canceled reservation when I found out, but that was not available, would have liked to seen that info on the hotel info page... key card not explained, could hear next room, through doors, not soundproof as claimed.
