Review 1：The management need to update information about the guest house on booking.com because the contact phone numbers were not answered and there is not a mapped direction on the site. This made finding the guest house very challenging and a bit frustrating.
Review 2：Mr Tony the owner and manager is an excellent person. He will share the most important points of the island and you can rest assured that it would be the most genuine advise that you will receive.
Review 3：The wash basin was filthy, there was only a single sheet straight on to the mattress and the room was dark and extremely tired.
Review 4：The location was average but on a busy main road it was noisy all night.
Review 5：We came to Barbados because my sister got married. The couple stayed at the Hilton of course and we decided to book this little guest house. And we dont regret it. Set set the owner is such a nice guy, always friendly, always helpful and because he is a local he knows where to go and how to get there (dont miss driving with bus 11 - funny experience). The rooms got everything you need, not too much not to less. The guest house reflected the Barbados style and I liked the fact to live with a local and beeing in culture. A big bonus is the beach right around the corner, so beautiful. And St. Lawerence gap is also a few meters up the street, good place to go in the evening. Thanks Set Set for your hospitality.

Review 8：I love the close location of the Guest House to beach and the Nature Sanctuary next door. Tony is always willing to assist to ensure that one's stay is enjoyable.
Review 9：The only dislike I have is that because the guest house is located close to the road ,there's the noise from the traffic. But that is something you cannot avoid in Barbados where most of the hotels are located.
Review 10：I stayed eight days at Merriville Guest House and I must say that I enjoyed staying there and would again in the future. The room was was clean and nice ,I'm general the property seems to always be very tidy. The owner was helpful and got things done. The Guest house is close to Bridgetown and I got around easily.

Review 23：Everywhere I needed to get to was in walking distance or just a short bus ride away. 'Set Set' (who runs the guesthouse) was very friendly and gave good advice for getting about.
Review 24：The 'old building'; the owner - a man - lives in the building; so a woman finds herself in a house alone with a man; the other costs you hear of when you get there e.g. additional cost for ac, internet. This is not a guesthouse. It is the owner renting out rooms of his house.

Review 27：Location is amazing, only 1 minute away from the Sandy Beach and 25 min away from the Dover Beach. The staff is helpful and honest.
