Review 1：The room was in a terrible location! People were always standing out in front of our room talking and smoking all night. Also, the room next door had a family with 2 small children that cried all night. We got no sleep and just left early.

Review 2：We had to do a early check in and a room was available.

Review 3：I requested extra pillows and they didn't even read my request so they didn't give me enough and the person in the office made a big deal out of it..!

Review 4：The room had no blow dryer, no microwave, no mini fridge. Not kid friendly. Windows were filthy with grime and the parking lot was big but nothing close enough to get kids and luggage down at the same time...

Review 6：I called the Desk around 1p asking if we can check-in a bit sooner. The answer was "Nooo" we are short handed and you can;t. I think they need to be a bit more accommodating when a request is made. Half an hour earlier than the usual 3pm would have been fine for me.

Review 8：The room we got was very dirty, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while their was hair in the bathtub. The bed was broken, it would fall over to the side when I sat down. The room smelled a bit funcky. The elevator smelled like urine.

Review 10：The only distracting and unpleasant senarIo was the bathroom shower. It was very outdated and old looking. Made it seemed like a very cheap hotel to stay at. Also, the entrance door needs new weather protectors as I could see a large amount of light passimg through and with these cold wintes, it's an incovenient thing as it let's cold air pass by. Other than that, it was great.

Review 12：The bedspread was disgusting so the under blanket under that. There was one small container of shampoo and one small soap bar in the room. Really? I was able to obtain them from the front office, it just was an unnecessary trip for two people to stay in this hotel and be left with that accommodation.

I found bugs on floor went to shower and the tub was full of hair YUCK!!! I pulled literally a huge hair ball out and got a wash cloth and wiped it out and it was black!!! Staff was nive when we checked in but at check out lady was a bit rude.... I will not stay here agian also they don't a microwave or a frige ridiculous.... Very in happy!!

Review 17：Blood stains on my comforter. And the hot water was possessed, occasionally the shower would blast you with boiling water.

Review 19：I was given a room that had a dirty bedsheet with big brownish red stain that seeped into the mattress cover. I talked to Jose at the Front Desk to take care of it. Many hours later, the room was not cleaned nor the bedsheet replaced. I went back to the Front Desk to complain, Jose was no longer there. Spoke to Anthony instead. I didn't get any rest since the room was not ready. I had to go to Night Shift without any rest.

Review 20：Garret refunded my money. I was not charged for my stay.

Review 21：The room was extremely basic: beds, dresser and tv. No microwave or refrigerator. NO towel bars to hang wet towels. No breakfast (not even cold cereal and juice) - coffee only. We've paid less for a room and gotten more.

Review 22：Had to check solo traveler as my choice was not listed.....traveling with one of my children. The checkin person wasn't very friendly. The room had not been cleaned.....bedding on floor and food in trash cans. Moved to another room (had to hucking luggage from a second floor room back down to a first floor, no offer of help) and the bathtub faucet leaks and water ran all night.....we are in a draught here! Directions were poor...cannot do a you turn where they said to and a U turn was not needed......a left turn could be made into the driveway. It would also have been beneficial to know that it was next to the Hampton Inn as that sign was more easily spotted from the road at night.

Also orher guests were aloud to runup and down the hallways while we wre trying to sleep. I made severalcomplaints to the front desk, it finally stopped after midnight, we hadto wake at 6am. With a 4yr old, that wasnt fun! And then they charged mefor my room plus they charged me for another room, that a guest whom Ididnt know, know showed, to cover their butts. They said they willrefund me after going back and forth with them and booking.com(who werethe ones who finally figured out the mess) but I still havnt seen thatrefund yet.Absolute nightmare!!

Review 32：The staffs attitude, my reservation was lost. I was told i would have a two hour wait for my room. I was approached by vagrants bumming cigarettes and money. Ded was uncomfortable, the walls of the bathroom were stained.

Review 45：We booked the hotel with free wifi and breakfast. When arrived, found out no free wifi and breakfast. Since I have to work, the front desk gave a one day complimentary wifi for my two day stay. They said the booking.com site was not clear on whether the wifi was free or need to pay. There were coffee machine in the lobby, with an area of table and chairs, looks like for breakfast, but no food serviced. only vending. Room service was terrible, when we were back from day 1, they only changed towels, did not make the bed, they took the tips. When complaint to manager, offered to change room. We have to compromise to stay in the same room, too tired to pack and change room. Not happy with the service, staff was okay, but feel like some issues with the hotel (management). Will not stay there for future visits.

Review 46：the location was okay, there is not a lot of other business around unless you drive to town. It is next to office areas. Room is spacey, but furniture are old and the room is missing some essential items like hair dryer, coffee pot, etc. The building was under renovation when we stayed, but not a lot noise around.

Review 52：The sheets and spread are so old they don't feel really clean. Anything you touch doesn't feel like it's been truly clean (like the TV remote control). The bath/shower has all sorts of cracks around it. I was in a room adjacent to the main road and it was very loud.

Review 69：I have stayed at many different good Nite inns and this one is bad. Although I always felt safe the quality and service of this accommodation is terrible. Room wasn't made one day, someone's hair in shower, cracks in ceiling and stains in carpet. The staff is friendly but not as professional as in other good night Inn locations. Hotel is good enough for a short stay but don't expect too much.

Review 70：The location is good, not too far from Downtown Salinas, close enough to the coastal areas and even SFO. I drove to a business meeting in the Silicon Valley and had no trouble at all. The big parking lot is also good, so is the spacious lobby and the free tea.

I was given a room anyways but that should never have been an issue. Maybe train your agents better on protocol when setting up reservations.

Review 78：I liked the housekeeper listened to my request for a fresh blanket. She even sprayed some air freshener in room to help with the stale smell.

Review 105：We drove for hours afrer camping for a week just to have laundry and an affordable place near the Aquarium. We checked in to discover that our dog wasn't allowed (couldn't find that on mobile booking ap anywhere). The dog spent the night in the car :-( The place didn't provide adequate towels - the bathroom was dirty, the carpets smelled and were deeply stained and the TV was inaudible. Next morning we discovered there was only one working washer, and they sold no detergent, had no change machine and wouldn't make change at the desk. We ended up hours behind on our itinerary. They offered us nothing for our complaints. Save yourself the aggravation.

Review 107：The room was filthy. The carpet had stains. The soor didn't appear to close correctly. The tv was old and small. On the second day, the towels were not replaced and no new tiny bottle of shampoo was replaces. The location: noisy due to the train passing by during the nights.

Review 115：The rooms smelled like smoke to the point that I had to change rooms twice. Finally, around 10pm I finally got into a room that did not smell however the bed was terrible and later that night, around 2 am when it was finally quiet I found a large are of mold on the celing. I took pictures and reported it the front desk who did not seem to care at all. I only stayed the one night. I sent the pictures to the Health Department and am currently having blood work done to make sure I am ok. I am not planning on paying for this and will be disputing this on my credit card. Take this hotel off your site as what you have advertised if completely false from what is actually there.

Review 117：We did not like that staff took forever to checks us in. Our room was not well cleaned. We asked for a non-smoking room, however cigarette scent made its way through our room. There was only one shower towel. Bathtub was dirty with a thick black coat of grime and scum. Pillows are worned out with a grey color. We came down for coffee and we were not allowed to get coffee due to a staff meeting.
