Review 1：Shower, TV, and A/C all partially didn't work. No one in office to address problems, called the number 5 times and no one ever answered. Zero customer service. Very dissatisfied.

Review 2：Upon our arrival, 1st, no towels in the sink area, no clock nor lamp.The light (security) outside the door was missing- a little difficultto use the old fashion key with. Let alone the issue of "who has acopy of the key?"..A Hole in the ceiling where a fixture used tobe, the kicker was when I attempted to open the door & literallycould not get out! I called the front desk which closes after 11 P.mthe maint man came immediately to drill out the lock. The staff wasgreat, but.... The owner needs to do at least basic upgrades! Oh, Ialmost forgot to mention that the tv remote won't allow you toadjust the volume or other basic features. You have to get up put onyour glasses and manually adjust the tv . In addition, there's atimer on it, so after it shuts off (during a program) it's back tothe drawing board!

Review 3：Very helpful staff, they went out of their way to correct all of theproblems with our stay. There is a bed bug protective cover on themattress which gave me alot of piece of mind considering the nastycarpets and lack of proper housekeeping.

Review 4：They told us that with any of the discount sites reservations will not be held for you if the place is filling up and they can get full price. We barely made it, according to the manager.

Review 6：The water was boiling hot. The microwave didn't work. There was damage to all the doors and no real entertainment for families.

Review 8：The remote did not turn the TV on you have to push the on button. The desk clerk should have told us that when we checked into our room. Breakfast was at 7;00 and we were gone by then.

Review 10：Mildew in showers, poor plumbing run on walls not in walls, removed smoke detector hole in ceiling, no cold water at bathroom sink, vent in bathroom half attached incomplete repair work. Staff was arguing about who was put in each room instead of checking me in, room smelled like pipe smoke.

Review 12：Okay for the price compared to other places during vacation season. At least my motorcycle was parked right outside. The breakfast is a joke - one table in the tiny reception office. Room was comfortable but very small and the shower head has seen better days.
