Review 1：Got the standard king room, however for some reason they dont have a refrigerator or microwaves!! A little small for being a king and the bathroom was way too tiny

Review 13：I have to say, I was surprised by how nice our room was. There were hardwood floors, new appliances, a very nice granite countertop and room service! I would definitely book a room there again if I go back to Manassas.

Review 14：Horrible safety conditions. 3Fights broke out in front of my room. One for every night i stayed.loud obnoxious and cursing right in front of my door. Was recorded on a cellular device by some young adults (6 of them) posted on the steps for several hours. Not safe for small children. Being homeless i had no choice but to finish my stay

Review 16：Some of the guests were transients, as can be expected in a Red Roof. This meant smoking on the elevators and on the bbalconies, They claim 100% non-smoking facility (just rooms I guess). Roaches in the room on the first were not a welcome sight. Though the staff did move us and gave us a credit. After that everything was fine.

Review 26：They individual whom was working late night or early morning was not very concerned about an emergency situation myself and sister had. I became very sick during the early morning hours and my sister had spoke with the front desk person about possibly having a BP cuff in order to take my BP. I was very light headed, sweating and dizzy and the clerk asked my sister what did she want him to do about it and she asked him to please call 911 or rescue squad. He just looked at her and then minutes later a Mexican person came and asked my sister what was wrong, she then called for 911 assistance. I was taken to emergency room by ambulance but prior to that had thrown up in bathroom due to my sickness.The Mexican lady later came and cleaned up and was very concerned and respectful, which I commend them gracefully. The morning of check out the 911 had to be called again due to my not being able to get up or walk and the attendant kept asking when were we leaving because it was past check out and we were trying to leave but the Vertigo wasn't allowing me to sit up in order to get dressed and leave. Eventually we managed to get me going in order to get back home which was about 3 hours away.

Review 27：The room was nice and clean and for the most part all of employees were nice and considerate excellent customer satisfaction. Mexican or Non-American ladies were very considerate and helping when I was so dizzy I couldn't hold my head up. I will say that the whole trip was horrible because of this incident but my hat is off to the very special and nice Mexican or non-American ladies or lady. They deserve a real pat on the back and a raise.

Review 28：The pillows were not comfortable, they felt like they were stuffed with rags, my girlfriend woke up with lower back pain 2 nights in a row, mine was fine. The balcony / deck area smelled like urine (slight) but it could have been humidity. There were a few people with loud crotch rockets outside but left before I even thought about calling police. One of my towels had red lipstick but it was minor, I decided to simply not use it and the front of the toilet had a bit of dirt and hair, but nothing that was very bothersome.

StoriesI've seen on tv usually indicate that is due to bed bugs. I onlystayed 1 night. The rest of my trip I spent at the Comfort Inn about amile away. I would not recommend it.

Review 97：Suprisingly very nice hotel. My husband worked for 20 years for Marriott, so we always stayed at a Marriott franchise, which typically is higher end. I was suprised that the rooms here were updated, very clean and had nice linens and pillows. We liked the idea of the 'wood' flooring instead of carpet. The other guests ere quite and the grounds were nicely landscaped and parking lot was clean and well lit at night. Hotel is almost next to Rt. 66 and we couldn't hear anything. For the price- it was a steal! I'm not one to write a review, but this place was worth every penny.
