Review 1:Nothing.
Review 2:Close to China town and Korean town but not actually in it. 5 minutes walk to subway 7 station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. One night we were so tried so just walked across the side street (took 30 seconds) and there is a Korean BBQ restaurant right there. They open till late and who knows when they are going to close in the morning. We left at 1 and still have people coming in.

Review 4:I like the Room space. And the staff were very helpful. When there was a challenge with something in the room the maintenance team replaced or repaired the issue right away.

Review 18:We had a little bit of an issue with the heat as soon as we checked in. The front desk was attentive to our needs but the technical person who physically came to the room to check on our heat was very rude to my family which I did not appreciate at all. Also, I've been to hotels where basic supplies such as razors or toothbrushes are provided when requested, but this hotel has a vending machine on the 4th floor for basic items. It makes sense to pay for items you needs but it was unexpected for me.
Review 19:The front staff was very helpful and kind during the 3 days we stayed at Marco. The hotel is located very closely to LaGuardia Airport which was a huge plus since our family flew in and out at different times during our stay. The hotel is located close enough to walk to Flushing Main Street where it had the train, subway, buses to get around with ease. The hotel was going through some renovations during our stay, but the rooms were clean, quiet, and the bathroom we had in our room on the 7th floor was huge. There was a fridge in the room which was really nice as well and the mini shampoo conditioners provided had a green tea scent which was really nice! There were many parking options (more than I thought) that does come with a price but not as crazy as you would think NYC parking is.
Review 20:Our toilet was cracked and when we told the manager we wanted to move the room Clair the manager had the nerve to accuse us of damaging it, we were never so insulted. They moved our room with no apology, was rude, and all this after a family funeral.

Review 24:We were given an upgrade with a suite for the three of us and pleasantly surprised...loved it and the beds were wonderful. The dinner was amazing in the restaurant and priced as we expected. The staff member Eddie went far beyond our expectations in helping us get to the port and back to the airport after our cruise. Excellent help...thanks Eddie!!! would recommend to everyone who has to stop over in N>Y<C.
Review 25:Parking was under the hotel, but we had to pay 19$ per night as it was owned by another company. The kitchen had all of the appliances for our stay but bizarrely, there were no cups/plates/cutlery
Review 26:The hotel was really clean and modern. All of the facilities were available. The staff were quite helpful and always available. It was a bit noisy at times, but that is what you get in a town centre hotel. We had a suite which was very large and comfortable. Stayed 4 nights but would definitely stay here again. We came back at 11pm one night and felt perfectly safe on our ten minute walk from the subway
Review 27:The hotel was very good, located only a 5-7mins walk from Main St. station. The 7 will take you straight to Times Square and back without any problems. The shuttle service was pretty good and if you need any information, the staff will guide you pretty well. The continental breakfast was good, but if you are staying there for a few days as we did, you may get tired of the same breakfast every day. The amenities were pretty good and clean. The hotel is pretty close to the airport, that being said, we didnt hear any plans landing as some ppl mentioned. Give a try and you will love it

Review 29:No Wi-Fi, Breakfast staff agreed many guests complained and have forquite sometime. Bad! (I had to go to lobby to use Wi-Fi.) Parking - nowarning that I can't park, even to check in!! Within 5 minutesexiting my car to go to the checkin desk I got a $35 ticket. Bad!! Andno desk person said "quick, go rescue your car." bad! Bad!Sorry, but these problems don't make me want to return.

My sister-in-law was unable to check-in prior to our laterarrival even though I spoke to the desk clerk on the phone in herpresence. They kept telling me that, "If I had booked with thehotel directly, they would have let her in the room." Also, Ididn't like the lack of a fan in the bathroom and the softness ofthe beds. Our booking did not include breakfast but would have if webooked through the hotel.
Review 76:They upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom suite at no additional chargebecause of a snafu when my sister-in-law arrived before my wife and Idid. The suite was massive with a full kitchen, dining area and a smallliving room with free WiFi. Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub (that didn'twork) and a shower. The "Suites" side of the hotel is muchsuperior to the hotel side.
