Candlelight Cottages offer luxurious self-contained accommodations in the Dandenong Ranges, a one hour drive from Melbourne. They offer free parking, free breakfast, barbecue facilities and in-room massage services.
Yarra Valley, with its many wineries, is a 45-minute drive from the Dandenong Candlelight Cottages. The Olinda Golf Course is 2 minutes away by car. Olinda and Mt. Dandenong villages are also just a 2-minute drive away.
All air conditioned cottages feature a jacuzzi, flat-screen TV and iPod dock. Guests can relax in the lounge by the fireplace, or enjoy the fresh air from their private courtyard. Full kitchen facilities, including an espresso machine and a dishwasher, are available.
Fresh ingredients are provided to each cottage for guests to make their own breakfast. These include granola, milk, sausages, bacon and eggs. Alternatively, a number of cafés and restaurants are just a short walk away.

Review 1：I would have liked to see safety mesh on the fish pond in the back yard-I know it is compulsory in some circumstances and given the cottage is advertised as family friendly it would add to peace of mind. With a large group preparing for a wedding the single bathroom , and particularly toilet ,separate but inside the bathroom , made it hard at times.
Review 2：The kitchen supplies-food and utensils etc-were great for our family group of 5 plus baby. Beds and rooms were cosy and well decorated. Fire(even in Nov) was a bonus! Setting was beautiful and close to town centre. Cot and high chair were supplied at no extra cost.Lots of magazines and some toys.
Review 3：disorganised checkout. Made to feel that it was my fault that the eftpos machine wasn't working. Have to make your own breakfast and stack the dishwasher afterwards which should be mentioned prior to booking. Dishes weren't all that clean. Tea leaves in the tea pot, and had to wash a few cups before using.

Review 9：I stayed with my parents, Aunt and Cousin in two of the cottages. Both cottages were divine. Walking through the beautiful garden, down the little pathway set the scene for a special stay. Inside the cottages, the decor was welcoming and luxurious. Every where we looked were unexpected little touches making us feel so special and spoilt! Thank you!
