Review 1：Hot water was not working properly when we were there
Review 2：Very friendly lady who helped us accommodating our needs and even serve us breakfast on the evening as we were taking a night bus to Astana. Convenient location across the train station, although you need to take a taxi to reach the center (15min) or the bus station (30min)
