Review 1：There were some things that weren't up to date (old tube T.V.),but that would only have mattered if we stayed there longer. It appears there in the middle of a remodel.

Review 3：The water in the shower never got better that warm. The stopper has been removed so you can't take a bath. They provide breakfast but are strict that you must eat in the small, uncomfortable breakfast room & not take the food to your room. It was clean enough but over 2 nights we found five cockroaches. There are cracks in the plaster in the bathroom & a small amount of mold. But you must keep in mind this is a budget motel that is perfect for business or as a place to sleep on your way on a longer trip but probably not a place you go to for pleasure.
Review 4：It's about the best you could expect for the money. It's not in the greatest area of town but they keep it completely secure. There were a couple of small touches. like crown molding that gave the room a nicer appearance.
Review 5：This hotel is not for tourists. Very strange ladies with almost no clothes on are lurking around the hotel and getting into cars with men!!! Makes me wonder how many used our room.....yuk. Good police amount of police presence though. Hair dryer did not work. Shower was luke warm even if we let it run for 10 minutes before getting in. Breakfast room was fithy.

Review 7：Location is horrible. I'm sure there must be a nice area in Fresno,this is not it. Coffee and tea not drinkable. And if they don't worknothing does. Food just ok. I have used booking.com all over the BritishIsles and most of usa. This time you let me down. Big time.

Review 22：The motel is set in rough part of town with meth addicts regularly passing. I did not feel at all secure when in the room and had concerns about the car. Originally booked for two nights, we left after one following being awoken at 4/5am by doors slamming which shake the whole room and loud conversations m. As well as hearing ladies of the night coming and going.

And on our last night the owner and somepeople decided 3:30am was a good time to start moving furniture out ofthe room next to us.
