Review 1：After 8pm, the parking was packed wih cars not belonging to the hotel residents, but to the customers of the hotel restaurant. As a result, the morning I wanted to catch the early boat to Gallipolis, I foud my car blocked by 2 other cars of residents who could not park their cars properly the night before. The receptionist, not knowing to whom belonged the cars, had to wake up every single romanian resident of the hotel, until he finally found the car owners. This caused me a 30' delay and I had to take the next boat.

Review 2：Perfect location, comfortable rooms, rich breakfast

Review 3：The bath clogged up with water when you showered and wouldn't drain- I had the first shower and disgusting red dirt/sediment started coming out and the water was cold and wouldn't warm up. After a request to the extremely unfriendly reception staff member, someone fixed the heat but not the drainage issue- they offered another room but the water was the same in all rooms. Wifi did not work very well and breakfast was cold and pre-prepared (not fresh) and had been put in bain Marie's to heat up! Worst of all the staff were very rude, quick to dismiss and seemed not to speak much English. My husband ordered a beer just before dinner time and the waiter was extremely rude, snarled 'what do you want?' and nearly threw his beer at him Understand it is cheap but I would not stay again with that customer service and the average rooms.

Review 5：Bad reception staff couldn't be bothered with us. added taxes on to our stay was nothing like booking com quote. People asked for us at reception didn't even know who we were. we asked for help hiring car didn't want to help. Very dissatisfied

Easy walk the next day for our trip by ferry to Gallipoli.(Brilliant!) Lovely large well appointed room overlooking the waterfrontonly 80 euros per night. Close to some good bars and restaurants.

I made a note about how small the room was and they offered me a suite without extra cost! Good was ok. Breakfast can be better. It has a private parking space ( important in Canakkale)

Our room faced the waterfront (definitely ask for a room on the front) and was very clean and comfortable although the bathroom was a little small. But for a couple of nights this is no big deal. The breakfast buffet was very large with numerous hot and cold choices and you could eat inside or out on the terrace.
