Review 1：When we entered room, after outside frigid temps, it was very cold. Someone had left the fan on, blowing cold air. It took about 30-40 minutes to heat the room. Not happy.

Review 3：Kinda Grumpy Breakfast staff. She also was the one that was there the last time I stayed and was grumpy then too. Must not be much of a people person or maybe a morning person but shouldnt be the morning staff for breakfast if thats the case.

Review 5：The hotel's parking lot is wholly inadequate for anyone with disabilities. There are only 14 regular parking spaces and 4 ADA (for 107 rooms), after that you have to park across the street in parking lots that belong to other businesses. Given the weather in Utah, this could be not only be hard to deal with, but could become downright dangerous.

Review 7：The elevator was very very slow...we used the stairs a lot. Terrible parking lot no place to park and where you do have to park it's very dark at night.

The tile around the pool was slick early in the a.m. around 10am and you could not tell if it was condensation that had built up on the tile but there was no way to know the tile was wet and my son slipped and fell and hurt his wrist. I told the desk clerk but there was no injury report taken from staff.

Review 43：The Breakfast is Incredible! Sausage, Eggs, Bacon, and usually Hash browns every day along with the usual compliment of breads, bagels, yogurts, cereals, and waffles. The pool was also nice, Indoors so you could swim when cold. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and clean. Bathrooms were nice too, I'm still not sold on the whole clear strip in the shower curtain, but it wasn't really a problem. Also, the beds are very firm. I'm listing this as a plus because I love a firm mattress and my back was happy. My sister who shared a room though was less than pleased and complained of her hip aching afterwards because it was so firm. Just be warned.

Review 44：My baby's diapers had leaked all over the bed in the morning. When we were getting ready to leave, I called down to the front desk to tell them to be sure to please change the cover and sheets on on that bed. The guy at the front desk reminded me to turn the door hanger to the "please clean" side, which I made sure to do (so that I wouldn't have to sleep on urine). We left for the day and I was looking forward to coming back to a clean hotel room. Well, the hotel didn't get cleaned. When I called down to the front desk, the guy basically told me that I must not have put the door hanger out or else they would have cleaned it. He said that housekeeping was gone for the night and that he could bring me new sheets. At that point, the urine was probably soaked in to the mattress, so I did not want to sleep on new sheets. He had no other options. I suggested a new room and he said yes, he could move me down a floor. He told me he would bring me my new key while we packed. 10 minutes later, he wasn't there. So, we packed up all of our things and our two kids and had to walk down to the lobby with everything. He then took our old key and started moving us to the new room. He had not done a thing for the change since we had got off the phone. No apologies, nothing. That really left a bad impression in my mind. One other thing I didn't like about this hotel is that it is in a really strange location. You have to drive into a parking lot to get there and the surrounding area seems kind of industrial/deserted.

Review 49：Everything. Helpful and courteous staff. Beautiful smiles and greetings when we got there and when we left. We got there early since we were traveling from idaho but they allowed us to checking early and upgraded us to a kitchenette. I dont know if it was because we were early and that was the only room available...but they were so kind about it and the rooms were so clean and smelled beautiful. I loved the gym. Very useful. Everything was great and i would definatly be back. Thank you very much. Im a very satisfied and happy camper:)
