Review 1：I only left my credit card details through booking.com with this hotel. l have settled all charges before l left. Immediately Iwas informed of an unauthorised charge of about USD5. please look into the matter for me.

Review 3：- Light inside the room is very weak - internet connection is slow - to connect to internet you have to get a code from the reception and u log in using the code in a wizard that asks you to do so lots of times a single code for a single device ...briefly it is a headache -Breakfast is just french toast or toast +eggs

Review 5：Wifi was too slow, they shut it down at night. Breakfast was too poor. We saw a rat next to the stairs that take you to the lift. The room has a very strong smell of naphthalene! They didn't clean the room, neither changed our towels. The staff was dodgy. Once we got there I asked for a 3 bedroom and they said us we had to pay $70 (American dollars). I replied that on booking the price was $42 but I couldn't get through the whole booking process coz I ran out of Internet at the airport. At the end we booked the room at $42 as it was on booking.com. Other than that they behaved and helped us giving us some tips.
