Review 4：We went to Blowing Rock to celebrate our wedding anniversary and couldn't have been more pleased. Our room was beautiful!! Very spacious and clean. The grounds were beautiful, decorated for Christmas. We loved the little nature area (with ducks!). Very close to shopping, and restaurants. Will definitely be visiting again!!

We were there only 1 night and was quite expensive but I realize it was peak weekend for the autumn colors and your nearness to Tweetsie which we really enjoyed. The Tweetsie trip was my birthday present to my 5 year old granddaughter so it was worth it !

Review 16：When we arrived it was my birthday and they had a little plate of sweets in the room waiting for me. They gave us a room exactly where I had requested. The front desk ladies were very personable and helpful and the room was very clean. The rooms are very spacious and we especially enjoyed the enclosed sun porch even though it was raining.

Review 17：Breakfast was in a separate building, toilet stopped up, refrigerator defrosted and leaked all over our contents, room above us was leaking during the rain storm and it ran down our wall and soaked our bedroom floor. Contacted management about a new room. None like ours was available. They sent someone with towels to dry the floor but since the rain was continuous so was the leak. I inquired about a rate reduction but they didn't seem to care. Will not go back. For $250 a night, my expectations are high. They were not close to being met.

So the next day we called the office anddescribe the room is still hot. So after a while they found us anotherroom down the hall, and the ac was working fine. I feel the managementshould have comped the room for the night. I would like to have theopportunity to stay at this location again, that will depend on themanagement.

The guy who checked us in was so busy telling us what a great hotel it was and talking about the weather he forgot to enter in our payment. The next morning we had a letter stating we had not made our payment when we went to front desk the lady said they were very sorry and that the register had come up over and figured it was for our room.

Review 45：Our experience here was excellent. We stayed after Christmas and the decorations were really pretty especially in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptionally clean. The breakfast room was very clean, had a great view and lots of choices for breakfast. We are gluten free and had plenty of options. Our room was very clean, had plenty of towels and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Review 51：The room was a good size. It had a gas log fireplace and a small enclosed patio. It is located centrally to restaurants and shops making it easy to walk around Blowing Rock. There was also a complimentary breakfast.
