Review 1：Shelli Mann and her crew are awesome, as always, and for years! Beds are very comfortable, bathroom is large, convenient and spotless. Lobby is clean, always coffee and creamer and food. Only place to stay in Billings for me!

Review 4：The entire facility was great. We were near the airport and since we had to leave on the 6 A.M. flight it was perfect for the darkness. the media room was convenient. Appleby's was another plus and your registration people were great.

Review 10：Best room arrangement of anywhere we've stayed on this trip--large bathroom counter, full length and make-up mirror along with bathroom mirror, nightstands on both sides of the bed, microwave & small refrigerator, sofa bed and desk. Breakfast had real oatmeal, with cranberries and almonds to add.

Review 13：I liked the shuttle for the downtown. We were there for a motorcycle rally and this was a wonderful for all of us. Parking was ample for cars and bikes. COOKIES in the evening were gooood. Review 14：When we arrived in the late evening and asked about supper options, they quickly informed us that they could shuttle us to the downtown area and pick us up when we were ready to come back. Great service.

Review 15：Breakfast was only so-so. It's pretty ambitious to offer a 'hot breakfast' when there is no restaurant. The hot foot items are okay, but I think I'd rather have a really good quality continental breakfast if the facilities aren't there to create a good hot breakfast.

Review 17：There was not a bad experience, I just was very disappointed that the pool closed so early for adults! We need a hot tub and it closed at 9:00. We stayed at another hotel where it was open 24 hours for adults only and it was quiet and very nice.

Review 20：We used the Boothill Inn as a single night stop-over between Moose Jaw, SK, and Yellowstone Park on our family road trip. I picked this hotel for its value for money. The room prizes are decent, without giving up on standards such as room amenities, cleanliness, excellent beds and to top it up, a very nice hot/cold breakfast included (It wasn't just a muffin and coffee - there were many different choices). The staff members were all very friendly and helpful, which will obviously help us pick this hotel over any other if our future travels brings us through Billings again.

Review 37：You can leave your car on either end of a hotel stay for a fee that is much less than the airport. The shuttle was prompt and the drivers friendly, even at 4 in the morning.

Review 38：There was a problem with a barking dog in the room below mine which turned out to be a service dog. The staff handled the issue efficiently and professionally.

We left our cell phone charger there and called 2 days later and we were home and asked about it and they had it and also offered to mail it to us but we had a daughter that lived there and was able to pick it up. We are so thankful.

Review 42：The staff is so courteous and friendly. We always stay at the Boot Hill whenever we are in Billings. Over the years we have become well acquainted with those who work there. Feels a bit like coming home. The rooms are spotless and the complimentary breakfast is the best that we have ever encountered. The nightly hot cookies and cold milk are greatly appreciated.

Review 57：This was one of the best inns we stayed at during our five week trip to USA and Canada. They happily collected us at the airport at midnight and greeted us with a very friendly smile and a snack pack. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This was just a very short stop over for us but we would recommend this inn to anyone. It was very reasonably prices especially as our room rate included breakfast.
