Review 1：There was no heating in the room, the Air conditioning was not working properly and it was a bit cold for a trip in late november, early December

Review 3：WiFi was awful! We couldn't use it for anything... Bathroom is too small and have no shower cabin. It is very noisy at mornings when everyone is waking up and going out.

Review 4：The restaurant was very good! The view was amazing and the hotel was warm and cozy. It is near to the castle and they gave us cards for which we use discounts at many parkings, shops and restaurants.

Review 5：We didn't have a bad experience, but North Americans might be a little startled by how tiny the shower is in your en-suite bathroom: It is about 22" square! Our cruise shower was about 3 times the size.

Review 6：It's an historic hotel with a very good location. However, you'll need a car to get up to the Old City area, unless you like to hike up long, steep roads. The restaurant is VERY nice, and reasonably priced.

Review 9：Comfortable room and everything in the room worked!! Receptionist was exceptional with many tips and maps on where to go and where to park at San Marino ! On site Restaurant was outstanding with great food and reasonable prices.

Review 10：Yes, and please mention this in your offers: this hotel aloud guest withpets and this is not mentioned in the hotel presentation. We met peoplewith big dogs on the corridors and could not stop to think if wedon't sleep in the same bed where one other dog was sleeping withhis master.IT Is not permitted to not mention this in the presentation.We should choose another hotel if we would know!

Review 12：THE RECEPTIONIST SPOKE EXCELLENT ENGLISH & GAVE US HELP WITH BUS TIMETABLES ETC & WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AS WERE ALL THE STAFF. RESTAURANT THE BEST.

Review 13：Could hear a lot of noise from other rooms including snoring! And traffic noise. Tiny bathroom and shower.

Review 14：Plenty of parking. The older area is easy to reach by car. However it would be unreachable by foot. Lady on reception was so helpful and gave us plenty of local information.

Review 15：We were told we could initially check in at 1400, but then received an email to say we couldn't actually check in until 1700. No recompense was offered. The explanation offered was due to the San Marino national football team needing their rooms until later in the day.

Review 17：Since we were there for only one night, based on the prices of other locations, we booked a quadruple room. It was actually a triple room with an extra bed, the room was quite small for 4 people. We tried to get an extra room, but the hotel was fully booked so they offered us free breakfast instead.

Review 18：We arrived quite late and there was no problem. The breakfast was ok, we got there 10 minutes before closing, and there was still plenty of items to choose from. The location is quite ok, but only if you have a car. There's a 5 minutes drive to the lift that goes into the citadel. The hotel is on the main road, very easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke english very well.

Review 21：Convenient location to visit San Marino and around. Room quite comfortable even for 4 adults. Breakfast is different for the better from the experience of Italian hotels. The receptionist talked about how best to visit San Marino, where to park, what to watch, offered coupons.

Parking in front of the hotel which is why we booked this hotel. It's a 5 minute drive from the city walls of San Marino, where public parking areas are very well sign posted.

Review 65：Due to what BA(the world's favourite airline)we arrived 7 late and Eleonora had almost given up on us turning up.The said Eleonora was better than excellent with all the info we needed and sorted out every query we fired at her,from the nearest supermarket to how best to get into the city,even gave us some discount cards while visiting.We had room 111 at the far end of the corridor from the tiny lift but near the stairs down to the breakfast room,the breakfast was a top class continental type,ham n cheese,jams,other spreads,breads,cakes and yogurts.The room impressed as we went in,we thought being close to the road it would be noisy at night but it wasn't,we could get the a/c to work and Eleonora sent someone to sort it but he couldn't then she phoned to say close the window and it started up and was very good.We needed an adapter as in Italy the usual 2 pin is to big for the sockets there,they lent us 1 but we went and bought 1.The bathroom was a nice size but the toilet bowl was abit close to the shower cubicle.The food in the restaurant was like everything else excellent and well priced.A tea/coffee maker in the room along with small fridge would have the hotel an even higher score.
